At present, with the continuous development of China's economy and society, the diversification of lifestyle, employment methods and information channels, the independence, selectivity, variability and differences of people's ideas have been significantly enhanced, which has affected the ideological concepts, value orientations and ways of thinking of cadres and workers and increased the complexity and arduousness of mass work. Therefore, the leading cadres of grass-roots central banks should firmly establish the purpose consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly, strengthen the views of the masses, improve the contact points of leading cadres at the grass-roots level, poverty alleviation, party building and league building, truly care about the grassroots cadres and the masses, truly take the interests of the masses into account, and safeguard, develop and realize the fundamental interests of the masses to the maximum extent.
(2) Take the role of the masses as the "first driving force". Cadres and workers are the greatest wealth of grass-roots central banks. Therefore, leading cadres should improve their ability to do mass work well, implement the mass line in performing their duties and strengthening internal management, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of cadres and workers. Actively improve the talent training, mobility, evaluation and incentive mechanism, and create a talent training platform for cadres and workers to develop themselves, realize their self-worth and give full play to their talents. We will explore the implementation of the growth project of young professionals, the training project of professionals in short supply in grass-roots central banks, and the professional and technical knowledge renewal project, actively build a training brand for ethnic minority cadres in our jurisdiction, and strive to build a cadre team with excellent politics, exquisite business, excellent style and enterprising spirit.
(3) Taking improving the satisfaction of the masses as the "first standard". Whether the masses are satisfied or not is the touchstone to test the success or failure of the work. It is necessary to take the people's "support or disapproval, satisfaction or dissatisfaction" as the measurement standard, establish a performance appraisal system with the people's satisfaction as the fundamental standard, timely and effectively evaluate the effect of grassroots party member cadres serving the masses, form an organic and unified service performance evaluation mechanism with organizational evaluation and mass evaluation, and take the effect of serving the masses as an important basis for assessment, reward and punishment.
