Non-exam-oriented education is different. The syllabus is just a reference. After the teacher explained the corresponding knowledge, because the test pressure was not great, the students broke the casserole and asked the question in the end, and the teacher took pains to solve the problem. This involves a much wider range of knowledge than exam-oriented education, and students' interest and motivation in learning are much stronger. Learning is no longer a chore because of pressure and face, but an interesting activity that people enjoy.
In contrast, children who grew up in a non-exam-oriented education environment may be much better in this respect. They don't have too fierce competition, and diversified values provide enough affirmation and protection for their growth, which makes them full of confidence and ambition from an early age. In fact, this is much more important for children's growth than their grades.
