Singapore National Postdoctoral Resignation Process
1. Inform the tutor and laboratory director in advance: postdoctoral fellows should inform the tutor and laboratory director in advance before leaving their posts, so as to prepare for personnel changes.

2. Resignation application form: Postdoctoral students need to fill in the resignation application form, including personal information and reasons for leaving.

3. Resignation agreement: Postdoctoral students need to sign a resignation agreement with the laboratory director, including the time of resignation and the time of contract termination.

4. Salary settlement: Singapore law stipulates that postdoctoral fellows must settle their salary and benefits before leaving their posts, and pay unused holidays and bonuses.

5. Go through the departure formalities: cancel the visa, residence permit and work permit.
