In order to promote the in-depth development of learning and education activities in Scientific Outlook on Development, better realize the change of work style of "serving the people, being pragmatic and clean", and ensure that the case analysis stage achieves the expected purpose and achieves practical results, according to the actual needs of the learning improvement stage, the control inspection stage and the case analysis stage, the following work arrangements are proposed for the case analysis stage:

June 28th to July 28th.
Second, the target requirements
Focusing on the theme of "how to implement Scientific Outlook on Development, build Luanxian brand and strengthen the construction of teachers", leading cadres of various schools at all levels have chosen a topic to conduct in-depth research and write a special case analysis report in accordance with the overall requirements of "serving the people, being pragmatic and clean", so as to provide a feasible reference for the overall formulation of scientific development plans. The special report should stand at the height of building brand Luanxian County, carefully analyze the current situation, deeply study the existing problems, put forward a set of relatively complete specific goals and implementation measures on how to realize scientific development, and elaborate in detail from which aspect the special report will implement Scientific Outlook on Development, and what significance it has for building brand Luanxian County and strengthening the construction of teachers. And by writing a special report on theoretical and practical case analysis, it fully reflects the changes in the ideological style and work style of party member cadres, especially leading cadres.
III. Contents of activities
The case analysis stage is divided into two levels:
(1) Leading cadres of schools above the deputy department level conduct case studies. Leading cadres of schools at or above the metre level should, in accordance with the overall requirements of implementing brand building and teacher team building in Scientific Outlook on Development and Luanxian County, closely combine with the actual situation and focus on the work I am in charge of, choose a case analysis topic, write a special analysis report, and report it to the Office of the Leading Group for Learning and Education Activities in Scientific Outlook on Development, Education Bureau (Party Committee Office) for the record (both text and electronic materials are submitted at the same time). The county bureau will organize the selection of outstanding project achievements through case analysis, and publish creative, targeted case reports that have obvious reference significance for the county's education development on Luanxian Education Online.
(2) Educational institutions carry out the essay-writing activity of "I contribute to the development of educational science in Luanxian County". All units should firmly establish the people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable Scientific Outlook on Development Thought. They should proceed from the reality of education and teaching, carefully organize, carefully arrange and widely publicize, mobilize the broad masses of cadres and teachers to broaden their thinking and actively participate, collect materials with a pragmatic work attitude, a sense of responsibility as masters and a solid sense of overall situation, and do a good job in this essay-writing activity by means of seminars, lectures, interviews and surveys, so as to provide intellectual support and ideas for the development of Luanxian education. All units that solicit opinions and suggestions should carefully sort out (urban primary and secondary schools take the school district as the unit, and municipal governments take the school as the unit), form a valuable "Special Report on Opinions and Suggestions", and submit it to the Office of the Leading Group for Learning and Education Activities in Scientific Outlook on Development for the record (text and electronic materials shall be submitted together).
Four. Activities require
The case analysis stage is an important part of the whole learning and education activities, which is of great significance to test the previous learning achievements and find out the direction of future efforts. This stage is solid in content, tight in time and heavy in task. All units should attach great importance to it, make careful arrangements and organize it carefully to ensure that the activities are carried out in a solid and effective manner. Before July 24th, all units should focus on organizing and completing case analysis or suggesting special reports, and submit them to the Party Committee Office of the County Bureau.
