In addition to the official seal of the unit, the three parties also stamped the seal of the superior competent unit, so that the unit will tell you how to fill in the transfer address of the household registration files of the three parties. In this way, the registration card will become your signing unit, and you will report with the registration card after graduation. If there is an account, it usually falls in the unit collective household (talent).
3, sent to a talent market, this situation is generally the local talents contacted by the school to solve problems for some students who have been employed but have no files. The talent market will handle the personnel agency procedures for students before graduation and charge a certain fee. After graduation, the file goes directly to the talent market, and the registered permanent residence can also be hung on the collective account of talents, but the registered permanent residence may need to be transferred to the talents by itself.
4. Employment agencies. Before graduation, some fresh graduates may choose to lose their jobs because they want to take the postgraduate entrance examination for civil servants, or they may be forced to find a job casually and will change in a short time. In this case, it is suggested to contact the school to choose a professional intermediary, and leave the file at school or go to the provincial employment guidance center after graduation. The employment agency will charge a certain fee. The advantage is that you can retain the qualification of fresh graduates during the employment period (generally two years), and you can report to your work unit at any time during the employment period.
