The College of Continuing Education (Network Education College) is the predecessor and distance education college formed by the merger of six universities, namely Jilin University, Jilin University of Technology, Bethune Medical University, changchun university of science and technology, Changchun University of Posts and Telecommunications and China Military University of the People's Liberation Army. Jilin University is a national key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the first national key construction universities to enter the "2 1 1 Project" and one of the "985 Project" national key construction universities.
