Shangqiu Vocational and Technical College is located in Shangqiu City, Henan Province. It is a public full-time vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education, and a national model vocational college. 1977 Shangqiu Agricultural School was established. 1994 Shangqiu Vocational Secondary School was renamed Shangqiu Finance and Economics School. 200 1, Shangqiu Radio and TV University, Shangqiu Finance and Economics School and Shangqiu Agricultural School merged and upgraded to Shangqiu Vocational and Technical College.
