A country's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness are increasingly dependent on the development of education, scientific and technological progress and knowledge innovation, and education will play an increasingly prominent role in the process of economic and social development. However, traditional education is increasingly unsuitable for the development of society, and the fundamental way out of education lies in reform, and one of the important ways of educational reform is educational informatization.
It can be predicted that the construction of digital campus and smart campus will be the development trend of school construction in the next few years, and economically developed areas are stepping up construction in full swing. According to the development plan of educational informatization of the Ministry of Education and the education departments at all levels in provinces and cities, our school has taken speeding up the construction of school informatization as the focus of school work from this semester, using the support of information technology to improve the information literacy of teachers and students, improve the management level of the school, promote the standardized running of the school, and lay a good foundation for building a modern school system. Therefore, the school is studying and formulating the Three-year Action Plan for Education Informatization of Nengren Middle School in Haimen City (2014-2016). When making this action plan, we deeply feel that only by making the action plan scientifically and effectively can we really give full play to the advantages of information technology, so that information technology can become the wing of the school's leap-forward development and the assistant of teachers' professional development. How to make it scientifically and effectively? I think the following points should be considered:
First of all, put forward the development goal of school education informatization reasonably.
Combined with the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the development goal of the school in the next six years is put forward, with the goal of building a first-class demonstration school in the city and a key demonstration school in the province, promoting the modernization of education with educational informationization, and taking the opportunity of the construction of "three links and two platforms" in our city (broadband network school-to-school communication, digital resource class communication, national learning space and public service platform for teaching resources, and public service platform for education management) as an example, we should make full use of information technology to reform teaching mode, innovate learning By next year, the school's information technology equipment will strive to meet the Class I requirements of the Standards for Educational Technology and Equipment in Primary and Secondary Schools in Jiangsu Province, which will provide strong support for deepening the reform and innovation of school education and running a satisfactory education for the people.
Two, clear the development task of school education informatization
The construction of school education informatization is not only the construction of infrastructure such as information technology hardware, but also the public service system of education informatization, the development and application of high-quality educational resources and the application ability of teachers' information technology.
Surface construction and popularization. To this end, in the tide of educational informatization construction, Nengren Middle School will focus on the following development tasks in the next three years. At the same time, we will build a network lesson preparation platform, a network teaching system, a synchronous classroom system and an education collaborative office system to serve teachers and students, support a variety of teaching modes, and realize network collaboration. The third is to strengthen the development and application of high-quality educational resources. Based on the school and facing the whole city, with the help of national, provincial and Nantong public service platforms for educational resources, we will jointly develop high-quality digital educational resources, build a digital teaching resource pool with complete disciplines and school characteristics, promote the sustainable updating, co-construction and sharing of basic education teaching resources, and make full use of information technology to create new advantages in the development of talent-oriented education; Fourth, improve teachers' information technology application ability and strengthen teachers' information technology application training. We know that the main infrastructure of school education informatization is the campus network of each school and some regional educational information networks and data centers. In the construction and application of campus network, its hardware construction is the foundation, the construction of teaching resources is the core, the application of teaching and learning is the purpose, and the management, maintenance and training of campus network are the guarantee. In the whole digital campus construction, considerable investment has been made. At present, in the compulsory education stage of our city, the funds for running schools are fully allocated by the municipal finance department. Therefore, when planning, it is necessary to communicate and negotiate with local financial departments, such as how much budget funds are needed, how much to complete in a few years, and how much to budget every year. Only with the support of local finance can the plan be implemented step by step. At the same time, we can also encourage many parties to participate in the construction, make overall arrangements for the use of educational informatization funds, adjust the expenditure focus in time, and rationally allocate the proportion of funds used in hardware, software, application and maintenance. At the same time, strengthen project management and fund supervision to improve the efficiency of fund use.
Four, the planning should be in line with the actual school.
At present, our school has realized the class-to-class communication of digital resources, and the multimedia projection in the classroom (installed in 2008) has been used for many years, which is outdated and aging, especially the light bulb has a short life and is expensive, and the teachers generally have poor response effect. The introduction of interactive whiteboard products provides an opportunity for our school to optimize and upgrade the existing information infrastructure configuration level and accelerate the construction of digital campus. During the National Day, our school installed electronic whiteboards in all classrooms. Fifth, speed up the improvement of teachers' information literacy.
In the face of the rapid development of regional informatization of basic education, technology and hardware equipment are no longer prominent problems for our school, which is the main bottleneck restricting the development of educational informatization in our school and the bondage of traditional educational concepts and current educational evaluation management system.
As we know, information system has six elements: information resources, information network, information technology application, information technology and industry, information talents, information policies, regulations and standards. The six elements are an organic whole. For the information construction of school education, information network is the foundation, information resources are the core, information resources utilization and information technology application are the goals, and information talents, information technology industry and information policies, regulations and standards are the guarantees. Hardware infrastructure only needs capital investment, and the construction of software system, especially the improvement of teachers' information literacy, is the most important.

Most teachers in our school still lack educational information skills, and the information technology used is in the primary stage, mainly using conventional slide shows, stand-alone courseware and e-mail. In particular, non-information technology teachers over 40 years old are accustomed to the teacher-centered teaching mode, are not active in educational information technology training, lack understanding and understanding of the characteristics of educational information technology, can not use information teaching conditions, and can use hardware to carry out information technology and curriculum integration courses. Moreover, there are only four information technology teachers in our school, and they are older. These present situations bring difficulties to the improvement of school teachers' pheromones. However, the needs of the times and the development of education are the realities that schools and teachers must face and deal with. Facing the new situation, our school has put forward the "information technology application capacity building project" to train a group of influential subject network teaching and research teams and information education and teaching experts in a planned way. Extensively carry out online teaching and research activities, organize different levels and different types of education managers and teachers to participate, take the "information teaching expert" competition and "educational technology research" as the starting point, update the education and teaching concept, change the education and teaching mode, and improve the ability of education managers and teachers to use information technology to support education and teaching activities.
Therefore, during the summer vacation, our school organized some teachers to participate in the training organized by the Municipal Bureau, which was taught by Professor Li Thicken of Shanghai Normal University. As a principal, I participated in the information literacy training organized by the Municipal Bureau in the summer. On September 25th, our school arranged for information technology teachers to participate in the training of digital campus application platform. After the National Day, all teachers will be organized to participate in whiteboard application training and organize various competitions to speed up the improvement of teachers' modern information technology operation ability.
Based on the above situation, the cultivation of teachers' information literacy should be regarded as an important content when making plans. To this end, I suggest that in order to speed up the construction of the professional talent team of educational informatization, we should improve the staffing management of educational informatization technicians and the evaluation and employment methods of professional and technical positions, incorporate educational technology ability into the teacher qualification certification and assessment system, and improve the application level of teacher education informatization.
Accelerate the construction of a "digital campus with benevolent talents" and move towards a "smart campus with benevolent talents". From now on, the school will start the formulation of the top-level planning of campus informatization construction. According to the unified deployment of the school, the information development plan of the higher administrative department and the development trend of international and domestic education informatization, and on the basis of extensive research and in-depth research inside and outside the school, the school will formulate the information construction plan of the school.
