What is the guiding ideology of students' work ―― Thoughts on Reading the Guiding Outline of Students' Development and Education (4)
? Reading speed is getting slower and slower during this time, and it is often interrupted by some things. I always can't grasp myself and let lazy people do things. It's been another week since my last review was published. During this week, I recorded the stories that happened to two children, sorted out my inner emotions, and corrected my self-narrative. It can be said that my life is full, and at the same time, I insist on reading this book in my spare time every day. But the effect of reading is not good, mainly because you are not diligent in thinking and taking notes. So I constantly encourage myself to change my current state of self-exile. I don't have time to sort out the reading experience on my mobile phone. I can record the instantaneous thoughts in the margin of the book while reading, and then sort them out slowly.

? In this book, I read the guiding ideology of the second part and the third chapter, and mainly clarified the guiding ideology of the work of middle school students in the "new basic education", and explained it with relevant cases in experimental schools. What impressed me most in reading is the basic idea of "combining adults with success". The student work of "New Basic Education" holds that students grow up in their own life practice, and the core of student work is to pay attention to, learn and rebuild their lives, especially to rebuild a life that can promote their positive and healthy growth. [1] As a class teacher, what kind of educational philosophy should we have when dealing with students' work? Through the author's statement of specific cases, I got the following enlightenment:

First of all, in class construction, we should design activities according to problems.

This paper mainly emphasizes the cultivation of students' cooperative consciousness and ability. In class construction, teachers often promote students to form a cooperative relationship through various activities to accomplish a task together, such as blackboard newspaper design, class post work, cleaning activities and so on. In the process of completing the task, there will be some problems. These common problems need to be solved by the class teacher through a series of thematic activities, so that students can learn to reflect and look at problems from the standpoint of others. At the same time, as a class teacher, we must integrate class construction with subject teaching and creatively rebuild class daily life. In class daily life, we should pay attention to the overall comprehensiveness of students' homework and don't take school activities as tasks. It is also necessary to integrate class activities with school activities, work with a holistic way of thinking and comprehensive working methods, and carry out student activities in combination with the actual situation of the class to promote students' development. For example, a new student was transferred to this class this semester. In order to familiarize the children with the school environment and all the students as soon as possible, the children decided to hold a small welcome party after discussion. The students introduced themselves to each other and showed their new classmates around the school. As they walked, the children introduced themselves and got along well. This activity was organized by the children spontaneously. Students cooperate with each other and assign tasks. There are commentators in every place. When there are incomplete explanations, everyone complements each other and has a tacit understanding. When students really encounter problems in life, what teachers should do is to actively guide and help students solve problems through various activities.

Second, we should form a comprehensive consciousness of the whole process in education.

The quality of life of students in schools and classes directly affects their life growth. The theory of lifelong education advocates that people's survival and development should be viewed from the perspective of the whole life, and teachers should also have a long-term vision and long-term pursuit of students' growth education. The author cites the examples of monash Wiley, a Soviet educator, and Trin Finser, an American teacher, to study the educational value of students of different ages and grades from the whole process of their life growth. Through this passage, I initially understood the meaning of the whole process consciousness. Before the problems of students' growth education appear, teachers should have ideas, know in advance and make long-term plans. 18' s head teacher, in the teaching of students' exercises, I have designed the exercise content for six years, but I have never planned the education of students, which is really shameful. From now on, it is not too late to pay attention to the development of students' comprehensive quality, study their growth and design new education work; Pay attention to many educational topics, student groups, parents, teachers in various disciplines, etc. , and form an educational group; Pay attention to the educational power contained in various educational resources, including class culture, system, post construction, network platform, the use of WeChat group, the ecological environment of schools and families, and integrate all resources that can promote students' growth to carry out education.

Third, we should follow the needs of students' growth in the activity design.

The so-called growth demand, from the perspective of growth and development, is to understand and understand the current growth of students and discover the growth possibilities that students have shown at this moment. Their concrete manifestations can be a series of problems that students show at the moment and must be solved, otherwise their growth will be affected soon. It can also be students' new interests, hobbies, ability improvement, talent display and other needs. [2] Everything in education is for the healthy and happy growth of students, and the design goals of various activities should stand in the position of students' growth. There are no two identical children in the world. We should adapt to differences and be sensitive to new problems, new hopes and new possibilities in students' growth. For example, the students in this class are already in the third grade, and they are very interested in the post setting and selection of class cadres. Seven children in the class are going to set up seven posts, so that everyone has something to do and enhance their sense of responsibility. First of all, what are the factors that children don't like their position in senior two? Why do you yearn for the position you choose now? It will be more meaningful to find out the cause of the problem and then carry out sports. How to set up posts at the same time? What are the criteria for selecting rules? How to make children more aware of their inner needs, highlight their strengths and form the growing point of students' development? These problems need the joint efforts of students, teachers and parents.

Fourth, form an organic series in educational activities.

The activities of this class are always in a piecemeal state, and it is impossible to form a series of theme activities. Through reading, I am more clear about why I can't do series and organic activities. First of all, I lack attention to concreteness, difference, connection and interaction. Specific things and people, differences between students, geographical differences, the relationship between family, community and school, and the interaction among students, parents and teachers. Secondly, the content of the activity is simple and repetitive, which can not be deepened layer by layer, and lacks vertical extension and horizontal expansion. For activities with the same theme, the requirements should be gradually raised according to different periods and years. For example, the natural theme activities that this class has been carrying out since the first year of high school, from planting observation plants to observing various animals at home, to making stickers with natural materials, seem rich, but they have not been updated in depth. With the improvement of students' knowledge level in different grades, we should have a deeper understanding and sentiment, not just writing observation diaries and exchanging observations. At the same time, we should expand the content and form multi-dimensional activities, not just observing birds, livestock, flowers, vegetables and trees. Natural phenomena, wind and rain, lightning, autumn frost and winter snow, natural landscapes, beautiful village buildings, rich forests and winter snow scenes should all be included in our natural theme activities. And pay attention to the promotion and follow-up of specific activities. The so-called moving forward refers to the preparations made in the early stage of the activity and the necessary educational activities, but it must not be simply preparing programs and reciting lines; The so-called follow-up means that after this activity, there should be further follow-up education arrangements, or implement the requirements arising from the theme education activities, or supervise and inspect the implementation, or put forward requirements to carry out higher-level educational activities. [3] Form a series of activities.

? The organic nature of the activity emphasizes the internal relationship between different educational subjects, the specific theme of the activity and the construction of class culture, the concrete integration of class post construction with the training of small cadres and subject teaching. [4] Through the specific practice process of activities, I will gradually understand and appreciate the educational value of educational activities.

Five, improve the professional quality and ability in their own transformation.

The author quotes the brief course of a primary school head teacher who is an adult in the process of "success" and promotes "success" with "adult", presents us with an excellent head teacher who is good at research, reflection and summary, and provides some of her student work experience, especially a series of class activities. Her successful transformation gave me hope, and also let me see that the head teacher can move towards professionalism, growth and development in her own transformation.

The reform of education needs the joint efforts of all educators, whether in rural or urban areas. We can do better education by changing ourselves and students' work.
