How to Deal with the Problems of Professional Editors and Lifestyle
There are some ways to solve the problem of professional lifestyle:

1. If the life style of public officials is disorderly, they will be given a warning, demerit or gross demerit;

2, if the circumstances are serious, demotion or dismissal;

3. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be dismissed.

The bad behaviors of lifestyle are:

1, manufacturing and disseminating illegal prohibited items and information;

2. Organizing and participating in prostitution, whoring and other obscene activities;

3. Taking drugs or organizing or participating in gambling activities;

4, in violation of the provisions of the super family planning;

5. Support a lover;

6. Ill-treating or abandoning family members, or refusing to undertake the obligation of support, upbringing and maintenance;

7. Other serious violations of public order and social morality.

Business establishment refers to creating or improving production conditions for the country, enhancing social welfare and meeting people's cultural, educational and health needs. Its funds are generally prepared by the personnel used by state institutions.

Interim provisions on the punishment of staff in public institutions

Article 5

The types of punishment are:

(1) warning;

(2) recording a demerit;

(3) demotion or dismissal;

(4) dismissal.

Among them, dismissal applies to the staff of public institutions appointed by administrative organs.

Article 21

One of the following acts, given a warning or demerit; If the circumstances are serious, demotion or dismissal shall be given; If the circumstances are serious, be dismissed:

(a) Manufacturing and disseminating illegal and prohibited items and information;

(2) Organizing or participating in prostitution, whoring and other obscene activities;

(3) taking drugs or organizing or participating in gambling activities;

(four) in violation of family planning regulations;

(5) keeping a lover;

(6) maltreating or abandoning family members, or refusing to undertake the obligation of support, upbringing and maintenance;

(seven) other serious violations of public order and social morality.

Anyone who commits one of the acts listed in Items (2), (3), (4) and (5) of the preceding paragraph shall be demoted or dismissed.
