(1) Online registration: April1June-April 19.

Candidates should log on to the website of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination of the examination center of the Ministry of Education for online registration within the specified time. Candidates who apply for Japanese and Russian subjects in junior and senior high schools (including cultural courses in secondary vocational schools) uniformly choose Kaifeng test area, while candidates who apply for other categories and disciplines choose the provincial city with their household registration or residence (students choose to study at school) as the interview test area.

(2) On-site confirmation: April 20th 17 (working hours: 8: 30 am-12: 00 pm: 14: 30- 17: 30 pm).

All kinds of candidates are required to bring the following materials for on-site confirmation:

1. Social candidates who are registered in the provincial cities where their household registration or personnel relations are located.

(1) Original ID card. In the place where the household registration is located, you need to submit the original of your household registration book or collective account; To apply for the examination in the city under the jurisdiction of the province where the personnel relationship is located, it is necessary to submit the employment contract signed with the work unit and the social insurance certificate paid by the work unit within the validity period.

(2) Original academic certificates and academic certificate reports (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic certificates should be submitted to the overseas study service center of the Ministry of Education, and foreign academic certificates should be submitted to the overseas academic certificates issued by the overseas study service center of the Ministry of Education) or the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificates of the Ministry of Education within the validity period (free application through the China Higher Education Student Information Network). Candidates who apply for the qualification of internship guidance teacher in secondary vocational schools shall also issue the original certificate equivalent to the professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or the technical level of intermediate workers or above.

2. Candidates who apply for the exam in the provincial city where their student status is located.

(1) Original ID card or household registration materials;

(2) The certificate of studying abroad issued by the student status management department (see Annex1for the format and requirements);

(3) Candidates who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should also issue the original certificate equivalent to the professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or the technical level of intermediate workers or above.

Candidates who apply for "Japanese" and "Russian" subjects in Kaifeng City.

(1) Original ID card or household registration materials;

(2) Meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Students should provide the school attendance certificate issued by the school registration management department;

(2) Social candidates should provide academic certificates and other relevant materials (refer to "Social candidates who apply for the examination in the provincial city where the household registration or personnel relationship is located should provide academic certificates and other materials").

4. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents

(1) The valid documents for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to apply for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers are Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permit and Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland, which is valid for five years in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents;

(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in their place of residence in our province and identify the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers; Hong Kong and Macao residents who hold Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland and Taiwan Province residents who hold a five-year validity period may apply for taking the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in our province.

Other requirements and procedures are the same as those of mainland applicants.

(3) Online payment

After the on-site confirmation is passed, candidates must complete the online payment before 24:00 on April 2 1 (see Annex 3 for the online payment flow chart). Those who fail to confirm on the spot and pay the registration examination fee according to the specified time will be deemed to have given up this application automatically.

The admission ticket is downloaded and printed by the candidates themselves on the website of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination of the examination center of the Ministry of Education. The printing time of the admission ticket is May 13 (the admission ticket shall not be folded after printing, and the paper shall be kept clean).

(5) attend the interview.

The interview time in the province is May1August-May 19. The test center and time where candidates are located are randomly generated by the registration system. Candidates should arrive at the test center for interview according to the time and times indicated on the admission ticket.

1. Select a topic. According to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation system, and the computer randomly extracts test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from the two selected test questions, and only choose 1 for other categories). After the examinee confirms, the computer prints the list of test questions.

2. prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with a list of test questions and write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The time is 20 minutes.

3. Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects two prescribed questions from the test database and asks the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes.

4. Trial/demonstration. Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). Time 10 minute.

5. reply. The examiner asks questions around the examinee's lectures (or demonstrations) and other related contents, and the examinee answers; The general candidates in primary schools will no longer reply, and they will choose one of the subjects of sports, music and beauty to show their talents on the spot and bring their own equipment. The time is five minutes.

6. Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the interview performance of the candidates according to the scoring standard.

(6) announcement of results

The interview results can be found on the website of June 1 1 of the examination center of the Ministry of Education. From the second half of 20 15, the mode of "Internet plus certificate management" was introduced into the qualification examination certificates of primary and secondary school teachers, and paper certificates for qualification examinations were no longer issued uniformly. Qualified candidates can directly query and print the PDF certificate of qualification examination through the website of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, and provide it to the primary and secondary school teachers' qualification certification departments.
