What about the transfer of one or more types of trademarks?
When handling the transfer business, one or more types of trademarks cannot be transferred separately. All types under the trademark number shall be assigned to the same assignee in accordance with the principle of one-time assignment to all assignments. Because there is no division procedure in the process of trademark transfer, a standard and multiple types of trademarks cannot be divided into several types.

If the transferor only wants to transfer one or more types to the transferee, it can only be deleted first. Before submitting the transfer application, there is no need to transfer the type or product item for the account cancellation part.

The trademark in the application can be deleted before or at the same time as the trademark transfer, and the types that do not need to be transferred can be deleted;

For a trademark that has been successfully certified, an application for trademark cancellation may be filed before or at the same time as the trademark transfer, and the trademark cancellation does not require the type of transfer.

It can be seen that in the later trademark process, there are some restrictions on the actual use of trademark registrants. Therefore, it is suggested that trademark applicants should try their best to submit trademark applications in the form of one standard and one class. The application materials for the transfer of a multi-class trademark with one standard are the same as those for a class trademark with one standard, and the fees are charged according to the types.
