If students' psychology is understood and mastered in teaching, and classroom teaching procedures are designed according to the principles of educational psychology, so that students can keep up with teachers' ideas, then classroom efficiency can be optimized, which is of great help to reduce students' burden and improve teaching effect. At the same time, in the communication with students after class, teachers should also pay attention to the psychological characteristics of students, find the starting point of conversation, communicate effectively with students, and try to be a teacher that students like, which will be beneficial to the teaching of this subject. In my teaching career, on the basis of continuous reflection and summary, I applied the theory of educational psychology to my teaching practice and achieved good results.
Specific practices and ideas are as follows:
(1) Teachers' own good psychological knowledge foundation is the fundamental guarantee for educating students.
Over the years, people's minds are deeply rooted in the idea that teachers teach students to read, and teachers' duty is to impart their knowledge to students. But as far as the long-term education development direction and trend are concerned, any student or parent hopes that the teacher is an emotional person, not just a teaching machine. Han Yu said: "A teacher should preach and teach to dispel doubts", which means that a teacher is not only preaching and teaching to dispel doubts, but more importantly, to dispel doubts. This requires not only teachers to understand what students don't understand, but also teachers to understand students' psychology. Guo Moruo said: "books are dead, people are alive, dead reading kills the living, and living reading kills books." In order to teach students to read good books, it is not enough for teachers to have textbook knowledge, but also to understand psychology. It is very important for the long-term effect of education for teachers to grasp students' psychological dynamics and psychological state in time.
1. Establish a scientific view of education and realize a knowledge-based transformation. The traditional educational concept is based on knowledge, while the new educational concept is people-oriented. It is emphasized that education should face people's all-round life and focus on improving people's mental outlook, rather than simply accumulating knowledge. In teaching, teachers should pay attention to people's rational development, start from students' needs, pay attention to students' development, guide students' life, enlighten students' spirit, cultivate students' personality, advocate creation, and oppose imitation and repetition, so that the classroom can truly become a process in which students are full of vitality and the value of life is constantly emerging.
2. Establish the teaching concept of equality and cooperation, and realize the transformation from teacher-centered to democratic equality between teachers and students. Modern teaching view holds that teachers should insist that classroom teaching is a process in which teachers and students participate, interact and creatively complete teaching tasks. At the same time, we should realize that the teaching process is also a process in which teachers and students work together as living subjects in the classroom. The important content of democratic equality between teachers and students is that teachers should fully respect the uniqueness of each student's life, respect each student's unique personality and spiritual world, and then respect the individual differences of students. Let every student get a successful experience in the classroom and feel the happiness of life growth on the original basis.
3. Establish the concept of self-improvement. Realize the transformation from "teacher" to "teacher". Teachers themselves are an important factor in classroom teaching. Whether humanistic education can achieve practical results depends more and more on its own quality. In addition to maintaining advanced educational concepts, we should also better master and apply the principles and methods of psychological education. More importantly, teachers should strengthen their self-cultivation, reasonably control their emotions, maintain a balanced mentality, constantly reflect and improve their teaching behavior, and finally realize the transformation from novice teachers to expert teachers and from "teachers" to "teachers".
(2) Pay attention to the role of first impression.
According to the research of American psychologist Ashe, the first impression is the strongest and lasts for a long time, and the overall impression of things is stronger than the information obtained later. Teachers' appearance, clothes, manners, handwriting ... often leave a deep impression on students when they give lectures in the classroom for the first time. After the first class of the new teacher, the students will judge each other. As the saying goes, "A good beginning is half the battle." In teaching, if teachers give students a good first impression, they can greatly shorten the distance between teachers and students, win the respect of students and help improve the effectiveness of teaching. Imagine that if students have a bad impression on you from the beginning, they will resent you as soon as you arrive in class, so even if you try harder, you can only get twice the result with half the effort. You can't lose the possibility of making students like the teacher because of a bad "first impression", so that you can enjoy the teacher's class. We should attach importance to this "first impression" and don't forget that people's understanding of things begins with perceptual knowledge.
In addition, teachers should pay attention to image in classroom teaching, be good at grasping students' psychology of "love me, love my dog" and establish a good image in students' minds. In the eyes of students, teachers have become their favorite people, and they also want to be their favorite students, so they are interested in the lessons taught by teachers.
(C) optimize the psychological environment of classroom teaching
A good psychological environment for classroom teaching plays a subtle role in students' growth and is a silent educational resource. A healthy and positive teaching atmosphere will not be formed spontaneously, and teachers and all students need to create it together. For teachers, we should pay attention to the integration of various educational resources in teaching, create the best educational and teaching environment, and make students have a positive psychological state and learning behavior.
1. Form a harmonious, happy and optimistic relationship between teachers and students.
Rogers, a humanistic psychologist, pointed out: "Creating a good teaching atmosphere is an important condition to ensure effective teaching, and the creation of such a good teaching atmosphere is based on or premise of establishing good interpersonal relationships." It can be seen that the core of optimizing classroom teaching environment lies in establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This requires teachers to take emotion as a link and strive to establish a kind of interpersonal relationship of democracy, equality, mutual respect, mutual understanding, coordination and cooperation in and out of class. And all this is based on the teacher's heartfelt selfless and broad love for the students. Teachers should sincerely care for and encourage every student, respect their personality and understand their inner world, so as to win their respect and trust and shorten the psychological distance between teachers and students. The psychological relationship of emotional compatibility, friendship, mutual understanding and intimacy between teachers and students creates a relaxed and harmonious educational environment for students' imagination, creativity and initiative.
2. Create a pleasant learning-loving and studious teaching atmosphere.
A relaxed and harmonious relationship between teachers and students is undoubtedly conducive to the formation of an atmosphere of loving learning and learning. Teachers are an indispensable factor in forming a good learning environment. First of all, teachers should be good at regulating their psychological state and drive the whole classroom atmosphere with healthy and upward interest. From the moment you enter the classroom, keep a sincere smile and friendly words. Secondly, teachers should try their best to cultivate their teaching wit and humor. Wit in classroom teaching is a superb teaching art. Teachers should seize the opportunity to use humorous teaching language to mobilize the atmosphere when the classroom is boring and depressing, so that students can learn in excitement and pleasure, change learning weariness into learning love, change learning bitterness into learning joy, and change "I want to learn" into "I want to learn". Third, teachers should pay attention to the teaching progress, properly grasp the difficulty, pay attention to the classification requirements and teach students in accordance with their aptitude when dealing with specific teaching contents. Do everything possible to give every student a chance to succeed, let students experience the happiness of academic success at a level suitable for their own abilities, enhance the sense of meaning and value of learning, and thus maintain a lasting and strong interest in learning.
Among them, introducing competition is a very good way. Middle school students are competitive and have a strong sense of participation. It is of great significance to introduce the competition into the classroom and run through it to improve students' learning enthusiasm. Teachers can divide the class into several groups and start the competition between groups by means of competition points. The content of the competition can include required questions, answers, dialogue performances, word recitation and so on. Summarize before the end of each class. The winners of the competition give praise and encouragement, and the laggards are not to be outdone. They will work hard and perform better in the next competition. In the course of the competition, every student will actively prepare for the honor of the whole group, and there is little distraction or inattention in class, and the competition also gives them an opportunity to show themselves and satisfy the students' sense of accomplishment.
In a word, in the modern teaching system, teachers' own psychological knowledge is the foundation of good education, and effective psychological teaching thinking is the key to successful teaching. I think that in teaching practice, we should increase the study of educational theories, especially educational psychology, study our own educational objects, broaden our horizons, try our best to apply the educational theories we have learned to teaching practice, and use scientific theories to guide our teaching practice, which will avoid many detours. I believe that every teacher can have a set of teaching methods suitable for him as long as he constantly enriches himself with theory and constantly explores and summarizes his teaching experience and gains and losses.
