The village committees under the jurisdiction of Liaokuo Street in Qilin District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province include Tianchi Community, Wenchang Community, Kangqiao Community, Tan Xuan Community, Longtan Community, Meiyuan Community, Fangjiayuan Community, Shengfeng Community, garden club Community, Ashima Community and Northwest Community.

Qilin District has been awarded the honorary titles of National Sustainable Development Experimental Zone, National Ecological Demonstration Zone and National Science Popularization Demonstration Zone. Places of interest include the Baozi Monument in Jinci, the 37th Monument in Meng Hui, the Eight Pagodas in Zhu Jie and Xiaoxiang Lake.
