Is Luzhou Open University an undergraduate or a junior college student?
Luzhou Open University is divided into undergraduate and junior college according to majors.

Open universities generally refer to national open universities and occasionally local open universities. The National Open University has enrollment points in all provinces and cities in China, and it is the largest institution in the world, but it only carries out continuing education and vocational skills training. At present, there are only five local open universities, namely Beijing Open University, Shanghai Open University, Jiangsu Open University, Guangdong Open University and Yunnan Open University. These local open universities only recruit students from this province.

The nature of national open university and local open university is the same, but there are some differences in enrollment scope, enrollment specialty and tuition fees. However, whether it is a national open university or a local open university, there are two enrollment levels: undergraduate (undergraduate) and junior college (junior college).
