How to implement network ideological and political education in real life?
Moral education is an education that exerts influence on the educated according to certain ethical thoughts and norms and helps the educated to cultivate good moral quality, moral personality and moral behavior ability, that is, to cultivate moral quality [i]. Compared with the actual moral education, the specific forms of network moral education are different. Network moral education is based on network ethics and other related theories, combined with the characteristics of the network, to guide college students to realize network moral self-discipline. Morality is closely related to ethics, which constitutes the basis and premise of morality, while morality is the carrier and form of ethics. Strengthening college students' network moral education is to educate college students on network moral norms and network ethics [ii].

First, strengthen network moral education. Ethics is morality in the broadest sense, and it is difficult to distinguish ethics from morality. Ethics is the most basic moral norm in a society, the basic standard for judging people's thoughts and behaviors, and the basic criterion for adjusting individuals and groups and between them. Ethics plays a fundamental role in the formation, maintenance and stability of social order. It is the reflection of people's thoughts in daily life and social existence. As an objective existence, the network society has also formed its own network ethics in the process of development. At present, the network ethics generally recognized by the international community is the harmless principle, informed consent principle and autonomy principle put forward by American scholar Richard A. Pineiro in "Ethics in the Century: Ethical Aspects of Information Technology" based on moral theories such as deontology, rights theory and utilitarianism. [3]. In China, with the development of the Internet, scholars have also put forward some basic principles of network ethics, such as freedom, compatibility, reciprocity, universality, permission, harmlessness, mutual respect, justice and sustainable development. The author believes that ideological and political education is different from general ideological and moral education, and it must be political. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and the spirit of moral construction of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, we should guide young students to strengthen their awareness of network morality, enhance their political acumen, improve their ability to distinguish and judge information, publicize, advocate and carry out network moral education, and guide college students to establish network moral concepts, form self-discipline awareness, and consciously regulate and abide by them.

Secondly, we should strengthen network moral education. Now the Internet has opened up another vast living space for us.

In the online world, people feel very free. We don't know each other, and others don't know who posted the comments online. Therefore, regardless of their language, behavior and opinions, they mislead the mainstream thoughts and behaviors of the network society with their own words and deeds. In addition, some websites are mercenary and do not choose information or means, which leads to unhealthy network environment. So far, there are few national normative documents on network management except some agreements on network technology. Therefore, online behavior is mainly maintained by one's own inner beliefs. What is different from the real society is social public opinion, inner beliefs, traditional habits, laws and regulations. With the gradual weakening of traditional morality and the imbalance of network morality, colleges and universities should consciously strengthen the education of students' network morality and norms, advocate and standardize the online code of conduct, educate students to be clear-cut, honest and friendly, and have a civilized and healthy language, refuse to publish and spread bad information, and at the same time strengthen self-prevention and protection to avoid being assimilated by bad information and ideas.
