Dongbei University of Finance and Economics is a first-class economic management university in China, and it is one of the 68 pilot universities of modern distance education approved by the Ministry of Education. In July 2002, the school set up an online education college to carry out adult academic education and vocational training. Following the tenet of "let everyone enjoy quality education", the college has built a service-centered mass education model, which is known as the "Oriental financial model".
