Educational communication is an activity in which educators choose suitable residential content according to certain purposes and requirements and transmit knowledge, skills, ideas and concepts to specific educational objects through effective media channels. It is also a process of information exchange between educators and educatees. Educational technology is the theory and practice of designing, developing, applying, managing and evaluating learning process and teaching resources.

To spread means to transmit or spread. Information is the content of communication. The fundamental purpose of communication is to transmit information, which is the general term for information transmission, information acceptance or information feedback between people and between people and society through meaningful symbols.
