Through studying the planning outline, I feel that this outline, which gathers the wisdom of all parties to build consensus and strive for perfection, embodies the firm determination of the party and the state to attach importance to and develop education, and fully embodies the firm determination of the country to build a strong country with talents. Now let me talk about some of my own experiences:
First, understand the spirit of the outline and clarify the connotation of education reform and development.
Through learning, I feel that every item in the outline is clear in context, clear in goal and well planned, and formulated for some corresponding practical problems. What impressed me most was the working principle of "educating people, reforming and innovating, promoting fairness and improving quality" mentioned in the outline. The state gives priority to education in a strategic position. This height reflects the important position of education in the new period.
Take educating people as the basic requirement of education. It takes students as the main body, teachers as the leading factor, gives full play to students' initiative, and takes promoting students' growth and success as the starting point and foothold of all school work; Care for every student and promote every student's active and lively development.
Take reform and innovation as a powerful driving force for educational development. The development of education depends on reform. In the knowledge society and information age, people have paid unprecedented attention to innovation consciousness and innovation ability, and the improvement of teachers' own innovation ability is the key factor to educate people.
Take promoting fairness as the basic education policy of the country. Educational equity is an important foundation of social equity. It is our bounden duty to promote fairness. For our teachers, it is necessary to treat every student equally, without discrimination, so that every student can develop and progress.
Taking improving quality as the core task of educational reform and development. Our teachers are required to establish a correct concept of quality, strengthen classroom teaching, improve the quality of resource construction and ensure the quality of education and teaching.
Second, innovate the talent training mode, reform the talent evaluation system and improve the quality of talent training.
The Outline of Education Planning puts forward to renew the concept of talent training, establish a diversified view of talents, respect personal choice, encourage personality development and cultivate talents in an eclectic way. In order to innovate the talent training mode, the Outline of Education Planning points out: pay attention to the combination of learning and thinking. It is necessary to establish a scientific concept of educational quality, and take promoting people's all-round development and adapting to social needs as the fundamental standard to measure educational quality. It is an indisputable fact that exam-oriented education has caused a large number of students in China to have "high scores and low abilities". It is imperative to reform the talent evaluation system represented by the college entrance examination. The Outline of Education Planning puts forward that scientific and diverse evaluation criteria should be established according to the training objectives and talents' ideas. Keep a good record of students' growth, improve the comprehensive quality evaluation, strengthen the investigation of practical ability in talent selection and use, and overcome the tendency of social employers to simply pursue academic qualifications.
Third, the separation of government and school, the de-administration of colleges and universities, and the establishment of a modern school system.
In building a modern school system, the Outline clearly proposes to promote the separation of government and school. To adapt to China's national conditions and the requirements of the times, we should build a modern school system featuring running schools according to law, independent management, democratic supervision and social participation, and build a new relationship among the government, schools and society. Adapt to the requirements of the reform of the national administrative management system, clarify the authority and responsibility of government management, clarify the rights and responsibilities of running schools at all levels and types, form different modes of running schools, and avoid a thousand schools. Improve the school target management and performance management mechanism. Improve the open system of school affairs and accept the supervision of teachers, students, employees and society. Explore the establishment of a management system and supporting policies that meet the characteristics of the school, and gradually abolish the actual administrative level and administrative management model. The essence of the system of running a school separately from the government is to implement and expand the autonomy of running a school, and to guide and encourage schools to independently integrate resources, go into battle lightly, strive to run a brand and create characteristics, and truly run a high-quality education that satisfies the people. The headmaster should not be an official, but should reduce the official-oriented thinking, use less administrative orders, use more ideas to lead, and use more to run the school according to law.
Fourth, implement the spirit of the outline and constantly improve their own quality.
"Teachers, preach and teach to solve doubts". Preaching should be proficient in Tao, teaching should be proficient in industry, and solving doubts should first know yourself. As a teacher, we should always remember to learn, be good at learning, have a sense of learning, and strive to improve our own quality. Nowadays, knowledge is changing with each passing day. Teachers should constantly improve their professional level, keep pace with the times, update their concepts, study their business, and become teachers with conscience, new knowledge and true knowledge.
