Self-study course:
1. If a student submits an application for changing the course within 24 hours from the date of registration, all the fees paid by the student can be directly deducted from the fees for changing the course. If the deduction is insufficient, students should make up the difference. If students apply for changing courses more than 24 hours after registration, Suntech has the right to deduct the training fees corresponding to the completed service period of students, and the remaining amount can be directly deducted from the fees for changing courses. If the deduction is insufficient, Party B shall make up the difference. If the application for class change exceeds the time limit stipulated in the Network Training Service Agreement, Suntech institutions may not accept the application for class change of students;
2. After changing the course, students cannot apply for changing or quitting the new course.
3. If the payment method is loan payment, students may not apply for changing classes.
Examination courses:
1. Before taking the entrance examination or being admitted to colleges and universities, students can change their colleges and majors through mutual consultation. Before taking the entrance examination or being admitted, if the state or university has provisions on changing colleges and majors, the provisions of the state or university shall prevail;
2. When changing classes according to these rules, the fees paid by students can be deducted from the changed fees. If the fees collected are not enough to be deducted, Party B shall make up the difference after the change;
3. If the payment method is loan payment, students may not apply for changing classes.
Small class courses:
1. You cannot apply for shift change for minor courses.
International courses:
1. If the courses registered by students have different study directions or different admission time in the same major of the same university, students have the right to apply for change only once. The time limit for applying for change is subject to the agreement in the course information on the first page of the International Course Training Service Agreement. After the student's application for change is approved by Party A, the actual fee paid by the student can be deducted from the fee for changing the course. If the deduction is insufficient, students should make up the difference. If the application for class change exceeds the time limit stipulated in the International Course Training Service Agreement, Suntech institutions may not accept the application for class change;
2. After changing the course, students cannot apply for changing or quitting the new course.
3. If the payment method is loan payment, students may not apply for changing classes;
4. The application for international course application service cannot be changed.
