Brief Introduction of Pairuo Village in Guzhang County
1. Location: Pairuo Village is located in the western edge of Shuangxi Township, Guzhang County, Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, adjacent to Paihua Village, Baojing County. Due to the change of administrative divisions in recent years, Shuangxi Township and Pairu Village were removed from the township and placed under the jurisdiction of Guyang Town, and Pairuo Village has now been renamed as "Pairu Village". It means "forest village".

2. Composition and general situation of the village: The village consists of 8-9 parts, which was first built along the source of Guyang River in Guzhang County. Several parts are Ramuo, Xiazhai, Zhongyangzhai, Qiaotou Village, Patio, Mianhuaping, Longjiazhai, Milla Mo and Tang Ram. The veins of villages are basically built along the river and distributed in a strip shape, except for the Tang rammed map. At present, due to the merger of villages, the original natural villages in the surrounding areas, namely Hunshui Village and Rejiada Village (Upper Rejiada and Lower Rejiada), have been merged with Pairuo Village and renamed as "Pairu Village", and the village area and population have further increased.

3. Population composition: Miao (mainly) and Tujia (less) are the main ethnic groups in the village. Their surnames are Xiang, Li, Yan, Long, Zhang, Tian and Du. The ratio of male to female is unknown, and there are slightly more men than women. There are many elderly people over 80 years old in the village, which is a well-known longevity village (the entertainment hobbies of the elderly are generally listening to sour songs (Miao songs), watching Huangmei Opera and hanging around the door), and there are also many left-behind elderly people and left-behind children, but in recent years, there have been some improvements and more people have gone out to work, but this problem will exist for a long time in the long river of history. There are veterans in the village who participated in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. Most of them died in battle, and several veterans who came back also had a hard time. The last aid veteran died in 2009. In recent years, the phenomenon of rural population outflow is widespread. Of course, this problem may be faced by every village in China, that is, the development of urbanization will inevitably lead to the gradual decrease of rural population, and many people in villages have gone out and settled in other cities.

4. Historical evolution: the history of Pairuo Village is short, about several hundred years (the exact time is unknown). It is said that it was built in the Qing Dynasty when the Manchu army drove out the Miao nationality and the Miao nationality migrated. During the Republic of China, Pairuo Village was the office of the township government in Shuangxi Township and several neighboring towns. Opium cultivation was very common in the Republic of China. At the peak, there were more than 65,438+000 villagers with fast guns in the peacekeeping force. After the founding of New China, the administrative region was redefined, and the township government moved, which declined from then on. It has developed slowly so far. At present, the village economy is still relatively backward and the village roads are dilapidated, which has seriously affected the economic development. This may be related to the lack of economic assistance from the local government, neglect of areas and remote location.

5. Transportation and communication conditions: There were no roads before 2006, because the village was built in a basin with mountains on both sides, which was difficult to build. On the one hand, it is a forgotten place because of the limited funds of the local government. After 2006, it became the first and only road in the village. Although it is only a dirt road, it is still a road, ending the era when Pairuo Village basically relied on walking, and also promoting the economic development of the village to a certain extent (if you want to get rich, build roads first). 20 12 widened the original highway and paved a new cement road, which greatly facilitated the traffic (but at present, the cement road is in rags and potholes, mainly caused by unqualified construction quality, cutting corners and improper maintenance in the later period). At present, the rural highway problem is the primary problem to be solved urgently. In terms of communication, in the past, only China Mobile's mobile phone and telephone signals could be used, but now the signals of Telecom and China Unicom are gradually used. There is a telecom tower in the village, ending the history of communication basically relying on roar. At present, network communication has been opened in the village, and families with poor conditions have also opened network communication, realizing WiFi access at home.

6. Public facilities: There are two buses in the village, which run to Guzhang County twice a day, and the number of buses will increase according to the situation. During the Chinese New Year, there are basically buses at any time, with 3-4 minibuses competing with buses for tourists, and other private motorcycles and family cars are also rising steadily. At present, there is a serious shortage of parking lots in the village, and the problem of parking during the Chinese New Year holiday is even more serious, because villagers have built houses, occupied roads and increased the number of vehicles returning home.

7. Education: There are kindergartens in the village. Primary schools were cancelled and all went to township primary schools. This village advocates knowledge and encourages reading. This is a famous cultural village. The number of college students in the village over the years is the largest in the township, especially those who have been admitted to a key university and are among the best in the township. Reading may not necessarily change fate, but it can give people who study hard more choices (and choices) in life. I hope that the younger generation in the village will follow in the footsteps of their predecessors, study hard and strive for more opportunities to change their destiny.

8. Industrial structure: The village is dominated by agriculture, with no industry, service industry or factory. The main crop in the village is rice, and the main cash crop is tea. Because it is located in Heyuan, the mountains are high and the water is long. Guzhang Maojian tea in Pairuo Village is very famous, and its output is in the forefront of the town all the year round. Fair and objective prices have brought considerable economic benefits to local tea farmers. Basically, the machine baking of tea leaves has been realized, and pure handmade tea has become high-grade tea, and it is expensive.

9. Health care: There is a health station in the village. Now it is basically a rural cooperative medical system. It's no problem to treat minor illnesses, but you have to go to the hospital for serious illnesses, and the health station can't cure them.

10. There is a village committee in the whole village, which is no different from the establishment of village committees all over the country. There are also poverty alleviation teams in the village, but they have little effect on the economic development of the village. There are no good projects and measures to get rich, which may be related to the remote conditions here and the lack of government economic support.

1 1. Vegetation: the vegetation coverage rate of the whole village is over 95%, and the forest coverage rate is over 85%. Due to the afforestation project, the biodiversity of this village is also improving. If you are lucky, you can catch rabbits and snakes, as well as pheasants and wild boars. However, wild animals are protected, and hunting wild animals without permission may face illegal investigation.

12. River: There is a small river passing through the village, and the water quality is clear. However, in recent years, the water quality has declined, because more and more garbage enters rivers. The garbage pool project and garbage transportation project in the village have a certain effect on environmental pollution control, and the situation has improved to a certain extent. /kloc-There were a lot of fish in the river 0/0 years ago, but now fewer and fewer people are farming, the riverbed is getting lower and lower (soil erosion has improved to a certain extent after afforestation), the quality of villagers is gradually improving, and there is little behavior of releasing poisonous fish.

In a word, Guzhang County is essentially a national poverty-stricken county, and Pairuo (Ru) village may be one of the poorest villages in this national poverty-stricken county. The people have a yearning for a better life, and they have the diligence and action to strive for a better and richer life. But objectively speaking, we still need the help of government policies and economy, as well as the help of external forces, and vigorously improve the infrastructure construction in the village (especially roads, etc.). ) can we really get rid of poverty and change the existing poverty and backwardness.
