Human resource management assistant
Main human resources business manager. The main feature is to draft relevant documents of this major and implement relevant systems. Human resources management division
Deal with complex or part of unconventional human resource management problems, determine working methods, develop relevant tools, guide the work of key related personnel, review relevant file systems, make constructive suggestions on problems in the field of human resource management, evaluate work results, listen to the opinions of internal and external personnel, and coordinate relevant personnel to solve problems.
Human resources management division
Organize to formulate and implement the strategic planning of human resources management and strategic solutions to major events in this enterprise, solve major difficult problems in the decision-making process of human resources management or put forward relevant constructive solutions to related problems, and be able to establish good cooperation channels with relevant units.

Full-time school education is determined according to its training objectives and teaching plan. Promotion training period: the human resource manager of level 4 enterprise shall have no less than 140 standard hours; No less than 120 standard class hours for the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise; The HR manager of the second-level enterprise shall have no less than 100 standard class hours; No less than 80 standard hours for human resources managers in first-class enterprises.

(1) Have a college degree or above (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of human resource managers, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;
(2) have a college degree (including equivalent education) and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
(3) Have a high school or technical secondary school education, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this occupation in hr administrator, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;
(4) have a high school or technical secondary school education and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
Assistant Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level 3)
(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of Grade IV in this occupation.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise in the fourth level of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the enterprise in the third level of this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(four) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.
(5) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year after obtaining the undergraduate diploma.
(6) After obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate, after being trained by the human resources manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, reaching the prescribed standard hours, and obtaining the certificate of completion.
(7) Having a master's degree or above.
Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level II)
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.
(2) Having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this profession.
(three) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.
(4) Engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate.
(5) Having worked in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or above.
Senior human resource manager of an enterprise (with one of the following conditions), national vocational qualification level 1)
1. Those who have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this occupation for more than 9 years, have reached the required standard hours after being trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
2 with a master's degree (including equivalent education), engaged in this profession for more than 6 years, trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
3. Those who have a doctorate (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
4. Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the second-class enterprise, have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been formally trained by the human resource manager of the first-class enterprise to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
