Purple flying fish knows what the happiness of fish is.
The child is not a fish, and knowing that the fish is happy reflects a kind of empathy. The original meaning of this sentence is that Keiko asked Zhuangzi, "If you are not a fish, how do you know the happiness of the fish?" Then Zhuangzi replied and asked him, "You are not me, why don't I know the happiness of fish?" It embodies an idea of thinking from the perspective of others. In our life, the concept of empathy is widely used.

For example, in family education, parents ask their children to study for how long every night, whether they like it or not. In fact, this is a way to impose your own ideas on children. Once this happens, it often means that children will have rebellious psychology, which will cause resistance to their parents. In fact, if you put yourself in the other's shoes, parents can understand their children's thoughts. Every day's study makes children physically and mentally exhausted, and sometimes they want to relax in the evening. However, parents' high-pressure policies make children unable to get rid of their hearts, which will naturally lead to some resistance.

In feelings, this kind of empathy is common. For example, if the husband comes home late, the wife suspects that the husband is cheating. Actually, my husband has to work overtime. The wife's unreasonable troubles made her husband very angry, so he severely criticized her. In fact, it was the wife who started it, but it was also because she loved her husband so much that she cared so much about him. Neither of them thinks from the other's point of view. The husband is busy for his family and works hard to support his family, but his wife suspects him. The wife loves her husband very much and is worried that he is having an affair. She asked with concern, but was beaten by her husband. In fact, there is nothing wrong with both of them, but they both consider the problem from their own perspective and have no empathy, so their kindness has done a bad thing.

This kind of empathy is also common at work. For example, if the leader arranges a job and the employee fails to do it well, the leader must be the first to criticize the employee. In fact, there may be a reason why employees didn't do this task well. For example, employees are unfamiliar with new tasks, and the tasks are too heavy and complicated. However, from the perspective of leaders, employees who have not completed their tasks are incompetent and should be criticized. From the employee's point of view, not sympathizing with subordinates' leaders will only impose tasks, which is exploitation.

But if employees can think from the perspective of leadership, there will be no such big opinions. After all, leaders have to take care of so many people. If every employee fails to complete the leadership work, then the whole company's project can only be postponed. If you think from the perspective of employees, if every leader is so strict with employees, then employees will definitely leave Germany and will not work.

In fact, both of them think from their own roles. If one person is willing to communicate with another person, there may not be such a big gap. Therefore, to solve this problem of empathy, two people must communicate reasonably!
