According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC), and the Notice of the General Office of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Printing and Distributing (Yu Ban [2011] No.6), all kinds of kindergartens under the jurisdiction of municipal schools and provincial schools accept the management and supervision of the District Education and Sports Bureau. Therefore, Zhengzhou Education Bureau has the right to manage Yuzhou Education Bureau.
