What does it mean to hold the bluebird in your hand until it is released?
Holding a bluebird in hand means that students or subordinates need to give appropriate guidance and encouragement in the process of education and training to cultivate their independent thinking, creativity and ability. The word "holding a bluebird to be released" comes from a fable in Zhuangzi's The Theory of Everything: a man caught a bluebird. He held the jade bird in his hand every day, but never let it fly, until one day he finally stopped holding it in his hand, and the jade bird flew at once. This story implies an educational concept of "teaching people to work hard and benefiting for life", that is, the so-called "sage does not take it, and the law becomes nature".
