Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Henan Province on the relevant issues concerning the continuing education of secondary construction engineers

City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Commission) and relevant units:

In order to further improve the professional quality of second-class construction engineers in our province, improve the management level of construction projects, and promote the healthy development of the construction industry, according to the Regulations on the Administration of Registered Construction Engineers of the Ministry of Construction (OrderNo. 153 of the Ministry of Construction), the Interim Measures for the Administration of Continuing Education of Registered Construction Engineers (Jian Shi [20 10] 192), etc.

I. Education and training objectives

According to the provisions of Article 9 of the Interim Measures for the Implementation of Continuing Education for Secondary Construction Engineers in Henan Province (Yu [201] 21No.), secondary construction engineers who meet the following conditions in the province shall receive continuing education and training according to the training plan of ministries and agencies:

1. All Class II constructors and Class II temporary constructors registered in the province that have expired or will expire soon;

2. Obtained the qualification certificate of Grade II constructor, and failed to apply or apply for unregistered within three years;

3. If the second-level construction engineer is deregistered or fails to apply for renewal of registration on time, and is deregistered or unregistered for more than three years, he shall apply for re-registration;

Second, education and training majors

According to the registered professional situation of the second-level construction engineer in our province, continuing education is divided into six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, municipal public works, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, electromechanical engineering and mining engineering.

Third, the form and content of education and training.

According to the regulations, the continuing education of the second-level constructor needs to complete the training content of 120 class hours, of which 60 class hours are compulsory and 60 class hours are optional. The compulsory course of continuing education for secondary construction engineers in our province takes the form of full-time study in training units, and the elective course takes the form of self-study by construction engineers logging in to the online learning system.

The compulsory courses of continuing education for secondary construction engineers are taught face to face, including public courses and professional courses. Among them, the contents of public courses are Management and Application of Construction Projects, Regulations and Professional Ethics of Construction Projects; The corresponding professional courses that students need to study are construction engineering, highway engineering, municipal public works, electromechanical engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering and mining engineering.
