Notarization of academic qualifications is an activity that the national notary office certifies the authenticity and legality of the academic qualifications or graduation certificates (degree certificates) held by applicants according to law. Academic qualifications obtained through party school study require academic certificates issued by party schools at all levels and relevant materials that should be stored in personal files according to regulations.
