Civil air defense is a measure and action taken by the government to mobilize and organize people to guard against enemy air strikes and eliminate the consequences, which is referred to as civil air defense for short. Together with local air defense and field air defense, it constitutes a national air defense system, which is an important part of modern national defense, an important aspect of national economic and social development, an important content of modern urban construction, and a social public welfare undertaking that benefits the country and the people.

Recently, the unit organized employees to visit the civil air defense base collectively, which was particularly shocking and really proud of the vigorous development of the national military industry.

The overall goal of civil air defense construction is: "to establish a unified and efficient organization and command system, a well-laid protection engineering system, a sensitive and reliable communication and alarm system, a capable and excellent professional team system, a powerful population evacuation system, a modern scientific research and personnel training system, and strive to improve the overall anti-destruction, rapid response, emergency rescue and self-development capabilities of civil air defense in order to cope with modern wars and major disasters and accidents and effectively protect the lives and property of the country and people."

Fushun civil air defense publicity and education base was completed and put into use in June 5438+February 2009. There are four exhibition areas, namely, war air raid disaster, modern air raid at home and abroad, China civil air defense history and civil air defense disaster reduction. Through the use of pictures, words, objects, scenes, experiences, phantom imaging, multimedia and other means, through sound and light display, miniature scene layout, simulation experience and other ways, the characteristics and harm of modern air raid operations and the achievements of civil air defense construction are fully demonstrated. Initially, it has "five functions" such as intuitive demonstration, simulated experience, in-depth participation, entertaining and comprehensive education. With detailed information and numerous objects, this paper combs the development vein of Fushun civil air defense, records its growth footprint and witnesses its glorious course.

In order to make people have a more systematic and intuitive understanding of civil air defense knowledge, the Civil Air Defense Office organized the Municipal Urban Management Bureau to visit and study in Fushun Civil Air Defense Publicity and Education Base. At the scene, we visited the four exhibition halls of air raid, modern raid, civil air defense and civil air defense disaster prevention, observed various military weapon models such as modern fighters, warships and missiles and simulated fire smoke escape scenes, and learned in detail about the development history of civil air defense, military history of civil air defense, basic skills of emergency disaster prevention and medical rescue through text pictures and multimedia videos, which broadened our horizons and enhanced our sense of crisis and historical responsibility.

Our group visited all kinds of fighter planes, indicator maps and escape routes in different periods in history, and at the same time gave everyone training and kept pace, which made us feel the heaviness of history and the hardships of daily training.
