To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above; To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above; To apply for junior high school accreditation, one should have a teacher's college degree or above.

(three) to obtain the certificate of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination within the validity period, or to obtain the certificate of teachers' professional ability in normal schools.

1. Those who apply for junior high school teacher qualification shall meet the second-class and above standards issued by the State Language Committee.

(2) On-site confirmation. After the online application is completed, the applicant shall provide materials for review and confirmation within the specified time.

Fourth, medical examination arrangements

(1) Physical examination time. On April 27th-29th, 2022, at 8:00, qualified on-site personnel registered at the Physical Examination Center of the Inpatient Department of Wanyuan Central Hospital with their valid identity documents, and received the Physical Examination Form for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Sichuan Province (this form is issued by the Physical Examination Hospital, and it is not allowed to be copied by themselves, and 1 page is truthfully and accurately filled and pasted by myself) to participate in the physical examination.

(2) Precautions

1. Obey the arrangement of the staff of the teacher qualification accreditation institution and the doctor of the medical examination hospital, and attend the medical examination in an orderly manner;

2. Avoid strenuous exercise before physical examination to ensure adequate sleep and a happy mood;

3. The diet should be light three days before the physical examination, and it is not advisable to eat greasy, bean products, milk, etc.

4. Fasting and alcohol prohibition (B-ultrasound examination, blood collection before eating) on the morning of physical examination;

5. Please wear a mask during physical examination, and you need to show your health code, travel itinerary code and scanning code. Returnees from outside the province are required to report nucleic acid within 48 hours (the specific situation is implemented according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control during physical examination).

6. Those who fail to have a medical examination within the time limit will bear the consequences;

7. The safety of medical personnel shall be the responsibility of the medical personnel themselves;

8. Please bring the original ID card, a 1 inch photo and the medical examination fee during the medical examination;

9. After the physical examination, submit the physical examination form to the physical examination office of the hospital.
