Reflections on children's developmental psychology
Child developmental psychology is a discipline that studies the occurrence and development process of children's psychological system and the law of individual psychological occurrence and development. Compared with systematic research from the perspective of species or animal evolution, child development psychology discusses individual research on how to change the development law from simple low-level to complex high-level. Li Dan's book "Psychology of Child Development" discusses the psychology of child development as a whole. Cognitive development; Review of cognitive development theory: the development of emotion, personality and sociality is divided into four chapters and fifteen sections. After reading this book, I really benefited a lot I have a deeper understanding of the law of children's psychological development, which has greatly helped my research on small topics and built a theoretical foundation for future education and teaching.
One of the reasons why primary school students don't answer questions actively in class is their inner fear. On the one hand, I am afraid of the teacher from the heart and dare not communicate with the teacher; On the other hand, I have no confidence in myself, and I am afraid that my answer is incorrect. If I'm wrong, I'm also afraid of classmates' jokes. This has prompted some students to consciously not answer the questions raised by the teacher. In order to change students' mentality, teachers should make some efforts. First of all, teachers should try to change their image and always face their students with a smile, so that teachers and students can feel close to each other. Second, form an encouraging evaluation mechanism in the classroom. Students should be praised if they answer correctly; Students' wrong answers should be guided and evaluated in encouraging language. This can psychologically eliminate students' scruples and make them dare to say and want to say. Third, carry out ideological education for students. This kind of ideological education includes two aspects: on the one hand, educate students to have self-confidence and believe in themselves; On the other hand, we should treat others in a correct way, and students should encourage each other instead of laughing at each other. From the above three aspects, we should strive to create a good learning atmosphere in the class, activate the classroom learning atmosphere, stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their academic performance.
