2. Introduction of Hebei Medical University
Hebei Medical University is a key university in Hebei Province, formerly known as Beiyang Medical College. It was founded in Tianjin on 1894 by Li Hongzhang, Governor of Zhili and Minister of Beiyang. It is the first government-run western medicine college in modern China. After the Revolution of 1911, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China issued the 16th Order in 19 12.
