Provide a clean, comfortable, quiet and pleasant sleeping environment.
When children sleep, strengthen inspections and find abnormal situations in time.
Open the window for ventilation before going to bed, close the window when undressing before going to bed, and close the window when getting up and dressing.
Correct bad habits such as finger sucking in time.
Remind children not to sleep with their heads covered, so as not to suffocate due to poor breathing.
When individual children are found to wet the bed and play with genitals, we should carefully analyze the reasons and take corresponding measures.
Process:
(1) After lunch, teachers organize preschool children to do some quiet activities, or take them out for a walk to digest food, which will help them feel stable when they sleep;
(2) The dormitory must keep air circulation;
(3) Before preschool children enter the dormitory, the teaching staff should check whether the floor and bed of the dormitory are clean and tidy;
(4) Reasonably arrange the bed for preschool children to take a nap, the weak children should be arranged in the leeward, and the children who are physically afraid of heat can be arranged in a ventilated place (but not in the tuyere);
(5) Remind preschool children to go to the toilet before entering the dormitory, and put the small things that preschool children carry with them, such as hairpins, rubber bands, thread ends and glasses, in a small basket to remind preschool children not to bring toys and other items into the dormitory;
(6) Do a good job of education before going to bed, help preschool children to take off their shoes and put them back on the shoe rack, and then wear slippers to enter the dormitory to remind them to walk orderly and slowly to avoid falling.
Safety requirements when eating: children should chew slowly when eating, don't laugh and play, don't push hard, and ask children to swallow the last bite before leaving their seats. When feeding kindergarten children, you should swallow one mouthful and feed another. Do not feed when you cry or cough. Spit out the food in your mouth when you cry to prevent choking. Rinsing your mouth with warm water or light tea after meals can not only protect your teeth, but also prevent your child from sleeping with rice.
