Although the teachers and students in this school have made remarkable achievements through hard work and tenacious struggle, the situation of "teachers teach hard and students study hard" has aroused the deep thinking of school leaders. Through research, school leaders believe that teaching research is the source of improving teaching quality, the forerunner of teaching reform and the internal mechanism of deepening education development and promoting quality education. Without teaching and research, teaching has no vitality; Without in-depth and high-quality teaching and research, it is impossible for teaching to undergo profound qualitative changes and leaps. The teaching of school education must be centered on teaching and research. Therefore, attaching importance to teaching research, doing a good job in teaching research, giving full play to its strength and role, and creating a new situation in education and teaching are the main tasks and directions of school teaching. In order to survive and rise in the cracks and stand out from the predicament, there is only one way out: to promote teaching reform through teaching and research and to promote quality through teaching reform. After careful consideration, I made a far-sighted and challenging decision: boldly carry out teaching reform, actively promote teaching and scientific research, survive by quality and revitalize the school by scientific research!

The school first established a system of rules and regulations, and stood on the commanding heights from the beginning, taking teaching and scientific research as the highlight of the school work.

A school has set up a leading group for teaching and scientific research. Headed by the principal, leading and coordinating the scientific research work of the whole school; The vice-principal in charge of teaching organizes and manages the teaching and research work of the whole school, and each teaching and research leader is the leader of the research group, with clear responsibilities: the leading group is responsible for organizing all teachers to study educational theory, teaching scientific research textbooks, imparting expert experience, reviewing, evaluating and submitting scientific research projects for approval, helping teachers to implement scientific research projects, grasping the research progress of various topics, and clarifying the relevant experts to guide teachers to standardize their operations.

Establish a teaching and research team with full participation. All teachers are required to participate in teaching and research, give full play to their own advantages, and choose appropriate teaching and research topics or write teaching papers according to their personal interests, specialties and problems encountered in teaching.

Establish an incentive mechanism: select and teach scientific research activists once a year, and the school will praise and reward them.

For the above plan, each teaching and research group has made its own teaching and research plan on the basis of serious discussion, and is responsible for the acceptance of each academic year. (1) Give full play to the teaching and research strength of the discipline teaching and research group. Discipline group is the basic organization of teaching and scientific research, and it is the main position for schools to carry out teaching and scientific research activities. Therefore, the school established target management for the research group and conducted year-end evaluation, which activated the discipline spirit of the teaching and research group and formed a good teaching and research atmosphere. The teaching and research objectives of the research group mainly implement the following contents: 1, subject research. Project research is the most practical, systematic, in-depth, and can best reflect the main body of teaching and research and show the results of teaching and research. The topics set up by the school include "Analysis of Success Factors of Family Education" led by President Feng, "Research on Chinese Classroom Teaching Mode in Junior Middle School" led by Vice President Gu Tianhui, and "Investigation, Analysis and Countermeasures of Rural Middle School Students' Extracurricular Reading" led by Teacher Tong. There are still a few questions to be submitted for trial. 2. Guide extracurricular reading to hold up the "other wing" of Chinese teaching. The school has set up a student reading center to realize the effective connection between Chinese classroom teaching and extracurricular reading, broaden students' horizons, accumulate students' humanistic quality, fully develop students' intelligence and prepare for their future development. We have organized open classes that reflect the gradient: teachers with strong teaching ability and rich experience take demonstration classes and seminars, and backbone teachers from provinces and cities take lectures to give full play to their leading and demonstration roles in teaching; Young teachers should first ensure that the open class is a high-quality class, and then integrate their own educational reform consciousness and methods to promote their gradual maturity in teaching; Combined with the city's classroom teaching promotion activities, the school requires everyone to take quality classes and everyone to take teaching reform classes. In addition, the school has launched a bold and creative measure in classroom teaching reform: each class takes turns to attend classes in multimedia classrooms, which requires a clear awareness of teaching reform and can actively use CAI courseware to assist teaching, and this activity is open to all parents and brother schools, pushing the teaching reform to a new height. 4. Prepare lessons collectively. Modern information shows that an experiment and research can make substantial progress and greater success, which often depends on the multi-combination of information, which can create a brand-new ideal entity and problem-solving thinking system. Collective lesson preparation is such a process of multi-information combination. The school requires every teacher to prepare lessons carefully on the premise that there are "people" (students) in the textbook, and on this basis, prepare lessons according to the requirements of "five haves" (preview, central speech, serious discussion, unified and clear requirements and specific records) and "three haves" (fixed time, fixed place and fixed topic), focusing on breaking through the teaching focus and teaching methods, reflecting the consciousness of educational reform. As a teacher, if you don't study, you can't talk about quality education; If you don't study, you will fall behind or even be eliminated in the new educational journey. 1, the school takes all teachers' professional examinations and computer proficiency examinations as the guidance, creates a learning atmosphere, and vividly and effectively organizes teachers' in-service re-learning and re-education. 2. Regularly invite relevant scholars to the school to give academic reports, introduce relevant information about education reform, hold special lectures on education and scientific research for teachers, and give specific guidance from topic selection to experimental research methods, steps and thesis writing. We hired Mr. Hu Limin from Zhengzhou Institute of Educational Sciences and Mr. Li Jiang from Provincial Experimental Middle School to give lectures in our school many times, which strengthened the teachers' confidence in teaching and research. 3. Schools create learning and improve conditions for teachers to carry out scientific research activities, organize teachers to visit and study in schools with remarkable educational reform, go north to Hengshui, Hebei, and go south to Yang Si, Jiangsu to collect data.

(3) Establish a backbone team of teaching and scientific research, and give full play to the exemplary role.

1, committed to building a vibrant backbone of teachers, so far, our school has 6 provincial backbone teachers and 8 Zhengzhou backbone teachers to participate in the training, and formed a number of Dengfeng municipal quality class teachers. The school attaches importance to the leading role of backbone teachers in the teaching and research center. ① The school requires teachers who participate in the training of key teachers in provinces and cities to use the theoretical business knowledge and educational research methods they have learned in the training to hold seminars for the majority of teachers to learn and communicate. (2) Key teachers should conscientiously sum up their own educational experience, write a high-quality paper within the school year and submit it to educational journals such as Henan Education for publication. ③ Instruct one or two young teachers. ④ During the training period, we will further consolidate and improve the project practice and promote the research of other projects in this discipline.
