The Analects of Confucius is a recorded prose, which is mainly spoken, concise and fluent in style, graceful and smooth. Many sentences are rich in connotation and profound in meaning, and have become familiar expressions in daily life, such as "knowing pine and cypress are withered and late when it is cold", "being eager to learn and not ashamed to ask questions", "being unwilling to bear, making great plans" and "not seeking common ground if you have different ways", and so on, which are still frequently quoted by people with vivid meanings.
Many chapters in The Analects have a strong sense of scene, few words, few modal characters and few scenes. Reading and reading, you will suddenly feel that you are among Confucius' disciples and listen to Confucius' teachings without feeling too many time, space and language barriers.
All these have established the position of The Analects of Confucius in the history of China's prose development and rhetoric.
