As the comprehensive functional department of the government's macroeconomic management, the financial department must strengthen its study, strive to improve the quality of cadres, and provide the talent base and intellectual guarantee for the development of financial undertakings, so as to fully complete the tasks entrusted by the party and the government. To achieve this goal, I think as an institution, we must start from the following aspects: First, unify our thinking and lay a good foundation. Thought is the forerunner of action, method is important, but knowledge is the driving force. A person's ability of observation, analysis, judgment and induction, correct way of thinking and innovative consciousness all depend on whether he has extensive knowledge. Learning is the basic way to acquire knowledge, the foundation of progress and the driving force of innovation. At present, the reform and development of the financial industry has entered a stage of comprehensive innovation and perfection. Every cadre should enhance the sense of urgency and consciousness of learning, establish a new concept that learning is the need of survival and development, self-pressure and self-transcendence, cultivate a strong interest in learning, regard learning as the pursuit and enjoyment of life, and improve the enthusiasm of learning. At the same time, under the guidance of Theory of Three Represents, we should build the financial department into a firm, pragmatic, efficient, diligent and honest institution with people's satisfaction, so that the majority of financial cadres can gradually form good habits of conscious learning, active learning and being good at learning, form a strong learning atmosphere of "continuous learning, constant change and continuous improvement", and constantly realize the three-level leap from learning innovation, thinking innovation to work innovation. Second, clear the direction of the task. First, we should strengthen the study of political theory. "Without correct political views, there is no soul". The quality of government officials is composed of many factors, but the most important and decisive is the theoretical quality, which plays a guiding role in other qualities.
