Supply-demand docking employment education projects collect project guides for various enterprises, institutions and industry associations, and organize universities to dock with employers who publish project guides. The employer provides special funds and resources for the project, and helps the employer to cultivate and recruit more innovative, compound and applied talents through cooperation with universities in targeted talent training and employment practice.
