The cultivation and development of teachers has always been the focus of university construction. From the very beginning, the Institute relied on Sino-German cooperation projects and cooperated with German universities to select teachers with engineering or professional backgrounds for doctoral training.

The training mode is characterized by sandwiches, and teachers spend half their time in China during their degrees, so as to give consideration to both learning and teaching.

The cultivation of high-level talents and the infiltration of international advanced experience have made great contributions to the leap-forward development of vocational (economic) pedagogy in China.
