First, the principle of tone selection

Second, the transfer plan

Third, the basic conditions for tune selection
1. Love education and abide by professional ethics; Love and dedication, good conduct, be a teacher and be healthy;
2. Have a college degree or above, and hold a teacher qualification certificate that is consistent with the post discipline at primary school or above (the subject indicated in the teacher qualification certificate shall prevail, and the subject indicated in the teacher qualification registration system shall prevail if the subject is not indicated);
3. Teachers who have been engaged in education and teaching in primary and secondary schools outside dangtu county for 3 academic years;
4. The application certificate can be issued by the work unit and the competent department with personnel management authority (sealed by the local education, people's society and the preparation department).
5. Born under 40 years old, that is, after July 6th 1978 (inclusive), and so on for others who participate in age calculation. Senior titles can be relaxed to 45 years old;
6. Meet other conditions required for reporting positions;
7. Candidates who have won honors such as academic leaders at or above the municipal level, outstanding teachers in the province or special-grade teachers in the province can be transferred directly to the school without objection after passing the qualification examination, and are not restricted by this transfer position, and their age is limited to below 50 years old.
One of the following circumstances, shall not participate in the selection:
1. Being put on file for investigation by judicial organs or being put on file for examination by discipline inspection and supervision organs;
2. The period affected by the organization has not expired or the disciplinary action has not been lifted;
3. There are basically qualified, unqualified or uncertain grades in the academic year or annual assessment (excluding probation assessment) in the past 3 years.
Fourth, the selection process.
The selection and transfer work is organized by dangtu county Education Bureau, with the participation of the county people's social security bureau, the county party committee's editorial office and other departments, and the county commission for discipline inspection is stationed in the county education bureau's discipline inspection team to supervise the whole process. The transfer work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of announcement, registration, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and transfer. Relevant information will be published on the website of dangtu county Municipal People's Government (/).
(1) Announcement
The transfer announcement is made public through the bulletin board (/) on the website of dangtu county Municipal People's Government.
(2) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration method: dangtu county Municipal Education Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the editorial office of the county party committee are jointly responsible for on-site registration and qualification examination, and each person is limited to 1 post.
2. Registration time: July 6th at 20 19-10 (8: 00 a.m.-65438+2: 00 p.m. and 2: 30-5: 30 p.m.).
3. Registration place: conference room on the fourth floor of dangtu county Education Bureau (Taibai East Road, Gushu Town, dangtu county).
4. Registration and qualification examination methods:
(1) Applicants must fill in the qualification examination form (to be filled in at the time of registration), and each applicant is limited to 1 position. You must use the same valid identity card to register and take the exam.
(2) When registering, you need to bring three recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same bottom, the original and photocopy of valid resident ID card, the original and photocopy of academic certificate, the original and photocopy of teacher qualification certificate, and the certificate issued by the school that the service has been completed for three academic years. You must also provide a certificate of consent to apply for the exam issued by the work unit and the competent authority with personnel management authority (local education, people's society, editorial office seal).
(3) Qualification examination: dangtu county Municipal Education Bureau conducts qualification examination, and the County People's Social Security Bureau and the county party committee organize guidance and supervision. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Once found to be fraudulent or unqualified for recruitment, registration, examination or employment qualification will be cancelled at any time.
5. Fees: According to the provisions of document Wan Jiafei [2009] 1 18 of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Finance Department, each person who passes the qualification examination will pay the interview fee of 80 yuan.
(3) Interview
The full score of the interview is 100, and specific matters such as interview time, place and method will be notified separately through the website. In order to ensure the quality of the selected personnel, the minimum qualified score for the interview is set at 60 points. If the interview score does not reach the minimum qualified score, it is not allowed to enter the next link. If the actual number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number planned by Selected Graduates, the interview score must reach 70 points or above before entering the medical examination and inspection.
The interview results are kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off.
(4) Physical examination and investigation
1. The physical examination is organized and implemented by the county education bureau. According to the ratio of the number of people in the announced job recruitment plan to 1: 1, the list of people participating in physical examination and inspection shall be determined from high score to low score. The physical examination standard refers to the Notice on Amending the Physical Examination Standards and Measures for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Anhui Province; Notice (No.56 [2004] of the Secretary for Education) and Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualifications (No.2011). After the physical examination, the hospital will issue a "qualified" or "unqualified" conclusion, and affix the special seal of the unit physical examination. Unqualified personnel can apply for re-inspection once within the specified time, and the results will be subject to the re-inspection conclusion.
2. Those who pass the physical examination are the subjects of investigation. The investigation contents mainly include the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance (educational and teaching achievements) and so on. Mainly refer to relevant files objectively and fairly.
3. If there is a vacancy in the selection due to the abandonment of the exam or the unqualified physical examination and inspection, the candidates for the same position will be replenished according to the interview results from high score to low score according to the procedure, and the physical examination and inspection will be replenished no more than twice.
4. According to the spirit of the document "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Credit Supervision, Warning and Punishment Mechanism for Untrustworthy People" (Wan Ban Fa [2065438+07] No.24), if the investigation object still belongs to the untrustworthy people at the end of the investigation, the investigation link is unqualified.
(5) Publicity
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be selected and published on relevant websites. If there is a problem in the publicity period and it does not meet the adjustment conditions, its adjustment qualification will be cancelled.
(6) Mobilization
After publicity, if there is no objection or the problems reflected do not affect the transfer, the dangtu county Municipal Education Bureau, the People's Social Security Bureau, the county party committee office and other departments will jointly study and agree to identify them as candidates and go through the transfer procedures.
