What did the person sent to teach explain?
Teachers teach for several reasons.

1. Require personal evaluation of professional titles. To evaluate senior or full senior titles, you must teach, teach and walk in township schools for at least one year. If you don't go, your professional title can only be below intermediate level. Low professional title and low salary will bring great pressure to support the family. Moreover, teaching is not something you can go to if you want. Competition is required, which requires the consent of both your unit and the educated unit, and the approval of the official (educational administrative department at or above the county level) red-headed documents. The teaching experience of personal private action may not be recognized when evaluating professional titles.

2. Driven by personal chivalrous feelings. I want to help areas and people in need. I have the ability and opportunity to carry forward the chivalrous spirit and realize my heroic dream. So I am willing to leave my hometown, my relatives and friends, and work hard in different places.

3. National strategic considerations. Balance the needs of regional and ethnic teachers and make ethnic education fair. In this way, it is necessary to move some teachers and let some teachers participate in teaching and make selfless contributions.

4. The management system of this unit. Some schools implement the last elimination system, and arrange teachers with poor students' grades and poor students' evaluation of teaching to teach away, which is euphemistically called exercise, reform, improvement and helping others.

In either case, the original intention and feelings of teaching are complicated. Some are voluntary, some are helpless, some are desperate, some are forced to have no way out, some are happy, and some are resentful.
