Because I was busy before the festival, I had time to listen to teacher Zhu Zhenguo's sharing today. Teacher Zhu's unique personality charm and unique understanding of teachers' classroom language have benefited me a lot. At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Zhu didn't talk to us about the teacher's language, but talked to us about family life, which increased our intimacy.

When our minds were thinking about the answer quickly, Mr. Zhu gave us a simple and affirmative answer: language-the language of teachers-is a language expression used to communicate with students or perform their duties. This is because language is of great significance to teachers, which is almost related to the success or failure of teachers' career. As a teacher, does anyone want to listen and like to listen? Right? Is that good? Does it depend on the person and the occasion? Did you show a little vividness and humor in your speech? Can words grasp the appropriate limits without losing some sparks of wisdom? All these determine the success or failure of a teacher.

In addition, although a person's external performance, including emotional reflection and behavior, may affect the feelings of others, as a teacher, his possible influence on students mainly lies in the key factor of vocal music language. Therefore, for teachers, an indispensable and irreplaceable basic measure and evaluation index may not be knowledgeable and well-educated, but your language expression ability. Teacher Zhu's reason is very simple, because no matter how excellent the inner core literacy is, if it can't be formed in effective language expression or teacher-student communication, your existence and value as a teacher will be hard to reflect. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of communication between teachers and students, we should do the following.

First, if we talk about "aiming", there will be education.

Who are these words addressed to and what kind of people are they? This is the primary problem for educators. The idiom "Play the lute to a cow" tells us that no one will really be interested in what has nothing to do with it, let alone react. Therefore, education should focus on "orientation consciousness", and education should focus on both "sentimentality" and "ruthlessness". Education should always keep in mind the basic requirements of "looking at people and talking". Teachers should say what they say in a way that the other party can accept and is willing to accept, use what the other party understands and likes to hear, and replace abstract truth with vivid stories. In education, we should talk about believing before kissing. To tell the truth, feelings are the soft power of words. Many times, I don't think so much about it, often because of insufficient investment in the early stage, which leads to the teacher's words turning a deaf ear.

Second, educational efficiency is the requirement of tailoring.

The core of tailoring is the differentiation and individualization of education. Students are different, so we should follow the principle of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude". And we must firmly believe that there is no education without criticism, and praise is meaningless without the use of criticism. The fist held high, although "never falling to the ground", is sometimes far more touching to some people than the so-called "encouragement" that is neither painful nor itchy.

Third, the "resonance" of education depends on the "resonance" of teacher-student communication.

Words get a place because we want to be together and because we are in the same band. So we should achieve emotional harmony from verbal attachment. The angle of speech often determines the difficulty of the question, so we should pay attention to the height of the podium not to become a slope of communication, not to take imagination as fact, and be careful when marking.

After listening to this lesson, I thought a lot. I never thought about the importance of teachers' language before. After listening to Mr. Zhu's class today, I understand the importance of teaching language and communication between teachers and students. In the future teaching, it is the premise for students to "be close to their teachers and believe in their teachings". If they can't get close to the students, they won't be persuaded and good communication will be impossible. Opening students' hearts and making the classroom a part of life is actually creating a life situation. It is also necessary to open students' minds. The answer to a question is diverse. Reading is a personal creation, and language expression should start with opening students' minds. The last point is to touch the students' heartstrings. As a teacher, don't make a slope of communication because of the height of the podium, and don't take imagination as fact. If you label it, you should be more careful. By doing these things, I think I will definitely make progress in communication with students.
