China and Confucius' "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" is to respect students and let them enjoy the best education. In recent years, some people put forward the concept of "building a harmonious classroom", which is to advocate respect education. Starting from respect, we should strive to create a happy and free development environment for students. This is the crux of the problem.

Vigorously advocating respect education shows the lack of respect education in current education. If we summarize the disadvantages of basic education in recent years, the most important one is disrespect for students. Self-esteem is the most basic and important quality of a person's humanity. When a person loses self-esteem, he will lose self-confidence and give up on himself. At present, some teachers have a wrong understanding and insult and punish students, which is regarded as "hating iron and not producing steel". Some students will be tired of learning because of this. One of the students I taught never recovered because the class teacher called him a waste.

How to realize respect education

Respect the growth law of primary and secondary school students. After students enter adolescence, the "second characteristics" of boys and girls appear. Respect students' individuality and personality. Every student has his own personality. Only by respecting individuality can we develop individuality and cultivate innovative talents. The ancient Confucius' "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" means respecting individuality. At present, students have different personalities because of their different environments and different education. Only by respecting their individuality can we improve their interest in learning and give full play to their greatest potential. Only in this way can we cultivate all kinds of talents needed by society. Sun Kesheng, a classmate who usually can't sit still in class, once secretly brought a frog back to class in history class, which frightened female students. I gave him a serious criticism and education, and then introduced it to the biology teacher. As a result, students' enthusiasm for studying history and biology has been greatly improved. Problems that should be paid attention to in respect education

Advocating respect education does not mean that strict management is not needed. Strict management is an important way and method to realize respect education.
