To formulate policies and standards related to urban and rural social insurance in the county, formulate basic old-age insurance policies for enterprises and institutions in the county, and organize their implementation, supervision and inspection; Exercising the right of social insurance supervision and inspection according to law; Prepare the draft budget and final accounts of the county's social insurance fund.
(five) responsible for the county's employment and unemployment information guidance and unemployment insurance fund forecast and early warning, formulate response plans, implement prevention and control, and maintain the stability of the employment situation and the overall balance of unemployment insurance funds.

(twelve) to formulate the county labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration management measures and labor relations policies, and improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations. Organize the implementation of policies to eliminate illegal use of child labor and special labor protection policies for female workers and underage workers, conduct supervision and inspection, organize the implementation of labor security supervision, coordinate the work of safeguarding workers' rights, and investigate and deal with labor security violations according to law.
(thirteen) comprehensive management of the introduction of foreign intelligence work in this county, study and formulate plans, plans and policies and measures for the introduction of foreign intelligence work and organize their implementation.
