Primary school graduates with household registration in this city will be promoted to junior high school in the way of "single school scribing, students' actual residence within the service scope of middle school" determined by the District Education Commission.

Primary school graduates who are promoted to junior high school in the districts and counties where their registered permanent residence or home address is located shall fill in the Application Form for Admission to the Districts and Counties where their registered permanent residence or home address is located within the specified time, and go through the registration formalities with the district and county education committees where their registered permanent residence or home address is located after being examined and stamped with the official seal. After registration, I will return the Application Form for Admission to the District or County where my household registration or home address is located to the primary school.

Non-Beijing school-age students should collect information in the primary school entrance service system according to the specified time, and contact Tongzhou District primary school with the certificate of studying in Beijing and the "five certificates". Primary school graduates who have not attended primary schools in Tongzhou District shall go to the neighborhood offices or township people's governments of their places of residence for examination and confirmation according to the examination procedures and standards for non-local registered school-age children to receive compulsory education certificates in Tongzhou District, issue a certificate of studying in Beijing, and contact Tongzhou Middle School with the certificate of studying in Beijing and the above-mentioned "five certificates".
