Grow up and set sail on the other side
On the most beautiful April day in the world, the opening ceremony of the first advanced seminar of "Teacher Growth Alliance on the Other Side" actively prepared by Mr. Jiang officially started on April 1 2002. I still remember clearly that there was the headmaster of Maqiu Central Primary School in Nanchang High-tech Zone, Zhu from Guzhu Middle School in yugan county and Tang Meixian from Shikou Primary School in yugan county. There are also the principals and teachers of Tao Xin Primary School in Jingdezhen, Zhu, Wu Simei, Wong Wai-Fai, Wang Xiaoling, Li Rong, Hu Juan, Tan Yan, Shi Jufen, Jiang Yun, Tang Qiulan, Yang Xiaoling, Yu Qinghua, Xin Wang, Chen Leqin and Zheng Linyi in leping city, and many teachers who are willing to grow up spontaneously.
Rain or shine, everyone is enthusiastic and serious. At the meeting, Mr. Jiang's special lecture, "Pick a happy petal and be yourself once", was of great help to teachers' career planning and personal professional growth, and let teachers see the future. I met many excellent teachers in the group that everyone spontaneously organized and participated in. The most profound thing in my memory is teacher Shi Jufen's speech. First, the day shift, the improvement of writing ability.
The promotion of good habits and abilities cannot be achieved overnight, and it needs to go through a process of tempering here. There are seven articles in the first-phase advanced seminar and mentoring agreement of the "Other Side Teacher Growth Alliance" formulated by Mr. Jiang, the first of which is "insist on reading and writing every day, with an average of 300 words per day, that is, 654.38 million words per year (required writing)", which is a hard condition. For me who was not good at writing for the first time, it was really challenging. Sometimes there are too many things to write, and sometimes I don't know what to write. Through this year's growth, I also found that the biggest reason was that I didn't have a strong desire to write at that time, or I didn't know why I had to write every day.
This year, I stopped the day shift twice, once in May and once in summer vacation. I gave up the day shift. This move was discovered by Teacher Jiang. Teacher Jiang called me to communicate carefully and instructed me in which direction to write. Tell me again the meaning of writing every day. What I remember most is that writing is more important than what I write. I suddenly understood the true meaning of writing, not to let you write well, but to develop the habit of writing, which not only improved my perseverance in doing one thing, but also changed me from quantitative change to qualitative change. During my day shift, I sincerely thank Mr. Jiang. It was his encouragement, guidance and his own actions that infected me and made me have my own writing goals and wishes.
Although my writing level is average now, I am not afraid of writing, and I can insist on working shifts every day. In writing, I found the meaning of writing, and every article I wrote left me with the most unforgettable words, feelings and thoughts in time. It brings convenience to submit any materials for yourself and improves the efficiency of handling all kinds of documents.

I have always hoped to create my own personal space for teachers, but I didn't expect to get unexpected gains this year. I will not only create my own personal space for teachers, but also create and build my own online studio for famous teachers.
Thank you very much for your careful planning and guidance. I remember receiving a notice from the province in June, encouraging front-line teachers to actively create their own teachers' personal space and provincial backbone teachers or academic leaders to actively create network studios for famous teachers. It was really hard for me at that time. I don't know how to start with drinking. During the summer vacation, Mr. Jiang carefully studied the notice and had a good implementation plan. Do your own sample first, such as filling in the sample of teachers' personal space, how to report it, and creating a network studio for famous teachers.
In August, the summer vacation was launched in an all-round way, which was jointly built by interested teachers from all counties and cities in the province, providing technical guidance and offline training for teachers from leping city Brothers School. Later, I trained teachers many times in our school and gave one-on-one guidance on the spot. In such a learning atmosphere, my teacher's personal space is quite different from the construction of a famous teacher's network studio. Although I didn't get the honorary certificate of the province, I really learned a lot, and information technology has been greatly improved in space construction.
Third, research on topics and improvement of scientific research ability.
"Project research" and "educational research" sound very scary to teachers, who think it needs the support of profound theoretical knowledge and practical experience. /kloc-has been teaching mathematics in the first-line classroom for 0/6 years. In this 16 year, I defined myself as a "teacher" and I look forward to becoming a research-oriented teacher. But I don't know how.
There are seven training objectives in the agreement of the first phase of the advanced research class of "The Union of Teachers' Growth on the other shore" and the tutorial system, among which the third one is "completing more than one research project 1 item", which is the goal I need to strengthen and promote. I am very happy to join the cross-strait growth alliance. As a leader, Mr. Jiang has the responsibility and mission to take us to write the project application, interim report and final report ... and participate in some essence of the project research.
In the research of the subject, what I gained the most was to participate in the on-site defense of Jingdezhen's subject. For me, who is not good at words and has never had the experience of writing a whole story, with the guidance and full help of Mr. Jiang, I actually finished writing the whole story and gave a wonderful on-site report and defense on the subject, which is the biggest and most meaningful breakthrough.
On this basis, two projects in leping city and Jingdezhen have been successfully completed, and the 1 basic project and 1 provincial "smart work" project in Jiangxi Province are about to end. These projects have further improved my understanding and promotion of project research, education, teaching and scientific research from the project establishment and research process to the arrangement of project materials and reports.
This year, I started to create a teacher's space from Japan and set up a network studio for famous teachers. I made breakthroughs again and again in the research of the subject and grew step by step.
