School-age children who plan to attend the first grade in public schools in Luo Zhuang must register online through the compulsory education enrollment service platform in Luo Zhuang, Linyi City, otherwise they cannot register.
Schools are admitted in batches according to the principles of "giving priority to household registration and residence" and "overall arrangement". Those who meet the requirements but are not admitted because of the backward batch will be arranged to attend other schools with degree vacancies in the region.
(a) adhere to the principle of "district planning, school correspondence":
Each street and town divides several primary school service areas according to the actual situation, and defines their respective service areas. When enrolling students, the school will give priority to the children of permanent residents in the school service area, and the rest of the degrees will be arranged as a whole. Every primary school and junior high school have a clear direct correspondence.
(two) adhere to the principle of "free entrance, relatively closed":
According to the number of school-age children, school distribution, school size, traffic conditions and other factors, scientifically determine the service scope of primary schools and corresponding junior high schools in the compulsory education stage. All compulsory education schools enroll students as planned according to the service area, and no entrance examination of any form shall be organized to ensure that school-age children and adolescents are relatively free to enter the school nearby.
(three) adhere to the principle of "sunshine enrollment, openness and transparency":
Enrolment registration all uses "Linyi Luo Zhuang Compulsory Education Enrollment Service Platform" for online registration and information collection, and junior high school enrollment adopts the way that Luo Zhuang primary school graduates directly correspond to junior high schools according to their school status. The District Education and Sports Bureau and the enrollment schools will announce the enrollment information to the public in a timely manner through various forms such as media, websites and bulletin boards, take the initiative to accept social supervision, strengthen communication, and strive to make the enrollment work open, fair and just.
(four) adhere to the principle of "zoning planning, grading responsibility":
The district enrollment leading group comprehensively leads and co-ordinates the enrollment work in the compulsory education stage in the whole region, and all member units do relevant work in accordance with the division of responsibilities. Each enrollment school is the main body of the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the enrollment work of the school.
