20 15 The seventh edition of the examination syllabus "Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Regulations" was changed from the original 6 chapters of basic contents and 4 1 laws and regulations to1chapters of basic contents (key contents of the examination) and 47 appendices of laws and regulations (note that these appendices of laws and regulations are not reflected in the syllabus and are expected to be non-key contents of the examination).

Contents and changes of the outline of pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations: ★★★★

(1) Significant changes have taken place in the basic content; More contents have been added and integrated, and the following contents have been added on the basis of the original outline:

2. Drugs and drug safety management

3. National system of essential drugs

4. Drug development and production management

5. Drug management and use management

6. Management of Chinese herbal pieces and proprietary Chinese medicines

(two) some laws and regulations in the appendix remain basically unchanged, and the following laws and regulations are added on the original basis:

1. Interim Measures for the Registration Management of Licensed Pharmacists;

2. Supplementary opinions on the Interim Measures for the Registration and Management of Licensed Pharmacists (2004);

3. Supplementary opinions on the Interim Measures for the Administration of Registered Pharmacists (2008);

4. Interim Measures for the management of continuing education of licensed pharmacists;

5. Notice on Printing and Distributing Instructions and Rules for Non-prescription Drugs;

6 on the release of the "good quality management standards" in the cold storage, frozen drug storage and transportation management and other five appendices of the announcement.
