Yingshang County belongs to Fuyang City, Anhui Province, located in the northwest of Anhui Province, at the intersection of Huaihe River and Heying, and at the southernmost tip of Huaibei Plain. It faces the Huaihe River in the south and the Shui Ying River in the middle.
