"Lingshan-New Education Public Welfare Project" was jointly developed by Lingshan Charity Foundation and New Education Experimental Research Group. It mainly undertakes projects such as teacher training and reading promotion in relatively poor new education experimental schools and poor schools in the western region. Lingshan-Guizhou New Education Promotion Plan is jointly carried out by Lingshan Charity Foundation and New Education Research Center. It provides long-term teacher training and school support to some areas of Guizhou, and promotes new educational concepts to the western region, so that teachers and students in the western region can get in touch with the most advanced educational research results for the first time.

Lingshan-Seed Plan for New Education This plan aims to continuously discover and cultivate cutting-edge talents for new education experiments and even China education through continuous academic support and cultivation of outstanding individual teachers with idealistic feelings scattered among the people.

Lingshan-New Education Children's Reading Promotion Plan This plan aims to spread the latest research results of the new education experimental group on children's reading (including reading aloud and children's step-by-step reading) to the new education experimental school and the poverty-stricken areas in the west, and provide necessary training, so as to implant the most precious seeds of human culture, including China traditional culture, into childhood.

In 2005, Lingshan new education project was officially launched. In the first phase of the project, new education experimental schools 15 schools were funded, and a principal and a backbone teacher were trained for each school. A set of books for teachers and a set of books for students were given, and computers and Internet connections were installed to provide guidance and follow-up supervision for new education experiments for one school year.

In July, 2006, Mr. Wu Guoping, Chairman of Lingshan Charity Foundation, solemnly announced at the Beijing press conference that he would invest 5 million yuan in Lingshan-New Education Project (including 10000 "Caterpillar and Butterfly"-Step Reading Schoolbag for Newly Educated Children) in the next five years, which marked the official start of comprehensive cooperation between Lingshan Charity Foundation and the New Education Experiment.

Give you a pair of tomorrow's wings-Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce's new education children's reading promotion plan In the winter of 2006, Suzhou Wenzhou Enterprise Association (Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce Suzhou Branch) was established.
