Third, the recruitment process
The recruitment work is carried out according to the steps of issuing recruitment announcement, organizing registration and qualification examination, conducting written examination, interview and physical fitness assessment, physical examination, inspection, publicity and formal employment.

3. Physical fitness assessment: The test contents are 10 m× 4 back-and-forth running, 1000 m running, vertical jump and high touch; The standard of compliance shall be implemented with reference to the physical fitness assessment items and standards of the people's police employed by public security organs (Provisional). 4. Score calculation: the examiner's total score is converted into 50% written test score and 50% interview score, and the list of medical examiners is determined according to the recruitment plan 1 1 from high to low.
5. Candidates who take part in written test, interview, physical fitness assessment, etc. must provide the results of nucleic acid test in the past three days and show their health codes before entering the examination room.
(4) Physical examination
The physical examination was conducted in a general hospital at or above the county level, and was organized and implemented by the Hukou County Public Security Bureau. The physical examination items and standards refer to the Physical Examination Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs, and the physical examination is conducted in a totally enclosed manner. After entering the medical examination procedure, if there are vacancies due to reasons such as candidates voluntarily giving up or failing to pass the medical examination, the number of vacancies will be replenished from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. (5) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation. The inspection shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the employing unit. (6) Publicity and employment
After the inspection, the personnel to be employed will be determined according to the written test, interview, physical fitness assessment, physical examination and inspection results, and the list of personnel to be employed will be publicized on the Hukou County Government Information Network for five working days. Personnel who have no objection during the publicity period shall be employed. If the problem is serious and evidence is found, it will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion.
After employment, if the employed person fails to report within the specified time, or if the employed person unilaterally terminates the employment contract or leaves the job automatically in the current year, the recruiting unit can make up the post from high score to low score.
