Education Survey Report 1 I. Investigation
In September of 2xxx, I made a survey on students' learning psychology in a provincial key middle school as an intern. Through investigation and study, the learning psychology of middle school students is preliminarily understood, which provides an objective basis for accurately grasping the current learning psychology trends of middle school students, deepening teaching reform, enhancing the pertinence of education and teaching, improving the effectiveness of education and teaching, and exploring new ways to implement quality education.
Second, the specific objectives and methods of the investigation
(1) Specific objectives
1, the learning psychology of middle school students
2. Current psychological characteristics of middle school students.
3. The causes and countermeasures of middle school students' learning psychology.
(2) survey methods
The student questionnaire covers four aspects: educational values, learning attitude, learning needs and learning goals. The questionnaire survey was conducted in No.6 Middle School, and 80 questionnaires were sent out and 70 valid questionnaires were recovered, which was close to the ideal and efficient sample size.
Third, the survey results.
According to the analysis of students' questionnaires, the learning psychology of middle school students has obvious characteristics of the times.
(A) Analysis of the current situation of middle school students' learning psychology
1, educational values
The survey shows that most middle school students have clear educational values. 74% of students think that the function of learning is to improve their own quality, 10% of students think that the function of learning is to enter the university, and 16% of middle school students do not consider it.
The survey also shows that the educational values of middle school students have significant economic and social characteristics. They believe that the economic income of young people is directly proportional to their education level. Among them, 65% students think college students earn more, 25% students think high school graduates earn more, and 8% students think junior high school graduates earn more.
2. Learning attitude
The survey results show that 67% of students have a high enthusiasm for learning, 24% have a moderate enthusiasm for learning, and 9% are afraid of learning. This is consistent with the weakening of their "college entrance examination" consciousness. It is worth noting that the number of students who are afraid of learning accounts for a considerable share. Moreover, we also found in the survey that 90% of students have their own "most annoying courses". The fundamental reasons why students are afraid to learn or hate some courses are: First, they are closely related to teachers' teaching methods; Second, it is closely related to the practical value of the course. The survey results show that 86% students are interested in Chinese, mathematics and physics, which are closely related to real life and have strong practicability.
Education survey report 2 survey methods:
1, observe;
2. Questionnaire survey.
Investigative steps:
1, observe and find problems.
2. Make a questionnaire.
3. students answer.
4. Questionnaire feedback.
5. Summarize.
The contents of the investigation report:
During the internship in the past two months, there were many opportunities to get in touch with students, and some problems were also found in the activities. A common phenomenon is that middle school students' collectivism concept is not strong, and students are self-centered in their study and life, but pay insufficient attention to collective activities. To this end, this issue was investigated and summarized as follows from several aspects:
First, middle school students have a strong sense of self.
Nowadays, most students are only children, who are favored by their elders and occupy a central position in the whole family. This leads such an only child to be self-centered from an early age and think that everyone around him should serve himself. Such children leave their families and enter schools, classes and other collectives, so it is difficult to adapt to collective life, and the concept of collectivism cannot be formed in their minds for a while.
In the office, students often hear conversations with teachers. Most students are discussing "What am I like" and "What do I want to do". When teachers and classmates are found to be wrong, many students are also emphasizing their own advantages; More than half of the students surveyed don't know enough about classes and schools.
Second, middle school students lack cooperation consciousness.
When the class carries out activities, in order to be complete and better, the activities are often divided into several sections for students to complete. However, after the division of labor, most students only complete their own tasks independently, instead of cooperating with other students to complete the tasks better. Most of the students surveyed think that the similar situation is because they didn't think of cooperation at that time.
Third, people are collective, and honor and disgrace have nothing to do with themselves.
In the solemn atmosphere of raising the national flag and singing the national anthem, most students think it is necessary, and patriotism is the duty of every student. But when asked about collective honors such as schools and classes, students don't know enough and usually don't care.
Fourth, activities are mostly confined to a small scope.
Students like their own small groups, the same group or the same dormitory. As long as they have a little common language, they will work together in groups of three or five, but long-term observation shows that most students' activities are confined to their own small groups and rarely contact with other groups.
Education Survey Report 3 Objective: To understand the level of students' health knowledge and the present situation of school health education by investigating the awareness rate of school students' health knowledge and the formation rate of health behavior.
Investigation time: September 20XX 16.
Survey method: A unified questionnaire was used.
I. Objectives and methods
1. Respondents:
Select 36 classes in Grade 7, Grade 8 and Grade 9 of experimental middle school.
2. Investigation methods;
The survey was conducted by questionnaire. After the papers are handed out, the students answer independently. Use statistical data for sorting and analysis. Questionnaire 1080, and effectively recovered questionnaire 1073, with a recovery rate of 99%.
3. Data processing:
All data were analyzed and counted by EXCEL.
Second, the attribution analysis of the survey results
1, statistics
Statistical table of students' awareness rate of health knowledge and formation rate of health behavior.
School: Experimental Middle School, completed on September 20XX 16.
2. Analysis of survey result set
The analysis of the survey figures includes the following contents: A total of 1080 questionnaires were distributed in this survey, and 1073 questionnaires were valid. The awareness rate of health knowledge was 93% and the formation rate was 90%. The investigation team answered 10730 questions about the awareness rate of health knowledge, and correctly answered 9979 questions. The investigation team answered 10730 questions about the formation rate of health knowledge, and correctly answered 9657 questions. Students' health knowledge: the transmission route of influenza, the reasons why it is useless after meals = the reasons why strenuous activities should be carried out immediately, and the health knowledge of which diseases can be prevented by BCG vaccination is weak. The investigation on the formation of students' healthy behavior shows that there are many mistakes in the control of salt per person per day, the correct method and frequency of brushing teeth, and how you will eat fruit after buying it in the street. The basic feature of these groups is that they are young and do not pay attention to common sense of life. The acquisition of health knowledge mainly comes from the education of family and mother, so it is not comprehensive.
conclusion
1. The relationship between the mastery of health knowledge and the grade and age of the respondents is that the higher the grade and age, the higher the awareness rate of health knowledge and the formation rate of health behavior.
2. The awareness rate of health knowledge and the formation rate of health behavior represented by the investigated group are up to standard.
